I had my mother coming to visit. She is 85 and I wanted to make sure she would be safe getting in and out of the tub/shower. I saw this on the Home depot site and after watching the video I thought this would be much easier than drilling holes through the tile and it looked like a great product. After about 6 weeks one side let loose. I was very disappointed. I am returning it to Home Depot and will cancel the order I had placed for another to send to my mother back home.

This product was installed following the seller's recommendations, a month after it was installed it dangerously fell with minimal pressure, putting the 82-year-old person who used it in the bathroom shower at risk, I do not recommend it to anyone

Ordered this to install in my shower because my mom is visiting and she is older and I was afraid she would fall in the shower. The shower is tiled and wasn't sure it would work but I have drilled and installed fixtures in tile before and wanted to avoid having to do this. I installed it according to the instructions. A month later it seems to be solid and working beautifully. My Mom has ordered one for here bathroom back home.

Installed three of these to date. Follow the install process precisely. Don't take any shortcuts on procedure or time. I'm 180 lbs. Sat in the tub and did 10 "seat ups" 26 hours later. Highly recommend. Travels with you for life with availble new mounting kits. Installs where YOU want it, not where water lines and studs dictate. ADA compliant.

This is a great solution for a grab bar without any drilling. German engineering. Well made; easy to follow instructions; simple installations. Takes 2 days as epoxy needs a day to cure. Seems very sturdy.

Did not want to drill holes in my new bathroom tiles so I tried this product. It works great. Watched the suggested video and followed the instructions this safety bar is not pulling away from the wall any time soon.

This grab bar exceeded my expectations. It does require a flat stable surface to mount to. The engineering of this product is great .we mounted it to a ceramic tile wall. It is extremely easy to mount and is of high quality. I recommend looking at the youtube video on how to mount this grab bar. Once installed and the glue has cured you're all set. It's really on there. I got this for my wife who has a brain tumor and has balance problems. I had her bathroom remodeled to have a low step in shower. She used this bar on my bathroom while remodeling as I have a tub to step into. She uses her bathroom now but I wish that I had installed this grab bar years ago as I use it every day and love it.

I too did not want to drill through the walls of my shower. However I was also concerned that the grab bar installation would be structurally sound. This was a clever and relatively simple solution to my problem.

So simply to install. Our refrigerator on our boat did not have a handle. Easy fix and eliminated the constant fingerprints from the stainless steel.

I installed it (I am an Engineer) exactly as instructed. Waited for the cure time. After one week, one end of the bar came right off. I have informed the manufacturer. Judging from the comments here, this product should be taken off the market as it may fail when someone actually needs to break his/her fall. This is very dangerous.

Installation was pretty straight forward. The only gotcha is the brackets were not welded symmetrically. When I went to attach the bars to the brackets after the resin had cured, the holes did not line up. Took a minute to realize I need to rotate the bars 180 degrees because the connectors were not welded on symmetrically. There is a left and right side (or bottom and top).

Easy to install. Has exceptional gripping power to attach to glass shower door or fiberglass shower enclosure.

This over priced bar failed after 3 months even though it was installed properly (see picture)

This was not available in my local stores but my online delivery was quick & included all necessary parts. Instructions & video were detailed and very helpful. I chose to let mine cure for 48 hours but 24 should suffice. Bar is sturdy and doesn’t budge when tugged on. It also blends well with my decor. I highly recommend and think this should be added to the store shelves.

Fantastic product. If you follow the instructions precisely, have patience, and use a level to ensure straight installation the finished product is super. I am definitely not a DIY person, and have long nails which make a lot of projects a bit harder but I did a set of bars in each of two bathrooms and I am delighted with the results. Note: when you get to where you push the glue into the mounting devices you need to go slow. If you do that -- and then let the glue cure for even more than 24 hours -- the results will be great! I highly recommend this product.

Easy to install, very pleased with overall result. Solid. Excellent product, recommended it to son-in-law.

Very good concept, but like some others, followed directions exactly, but one bar came loose after 2 months, the other after 2 years. No response from customer service. Not worth it.

The grab bars look beautiful and are reasonably easy to put up. I installed two grab bars but had one of the adhesive anchors on one bar fail after about a week. I called the company and sent them photos of the situation. After reviewing, they are sending me a new anchor kit for just shipping and handling. Since the other bar is holding on fine after a few weeks, I assume the affected bar will do the same with the new anchors.

As long as you follow the directions to the letter this a great product. Also used the 24" on another shower, and similar hooks in both bathrooms. I have put torque on all of them after the allotted. They hold great.

Follow the included instructions. Done in less than 24 hours. Strong, and looks great!

Outstanding product. It's totally dumb for anyone to drill into a wall when there is a high probability of water lines and possible electrical lines. I love the security and the ease of installation that the product provides. It is perfect for older people. I even ordered a shower caddy direct from Germany.

Installed as easily as advertised ..... Project was fun and interesting. Product looks really good. The materials all appear to be Top quality. Now only the test of time will tell.

I was a bit apprehensive reading that flat surfaces only were recommended. Our shower tile is a bit uneven. But I followed the directions and looked at the video and thoroughly cleaned the tile. When squeezing in the glue everything went as described and illustrated. We left everything alone for 24 hours plus, Cleaned any access glue, attached two bars and gave them a good pull and found them solid and secure.

This bar is a perfect example of German engineering. The finish is beautiful and real addition to our shower! It feel extremely solid when you grasp the bar. Wiping down the enclosure is very safe and easy now. We will order another one for our second bath.

This was eady to assemble and attach to the ceramic tile for the bathtub/shower. My father has limited motion and balance but is very stubborn and insists on doing things on his own. I did not think I would be able to install by drilling because I was afraid of ruining the tiles. The adhesive is holding my father's body weight and I am totally thrilled with the bars, adhesive and quality. I definately recommend them, yes they are pricey, but they are worth every penny to help keep my dad safer.

I have two of them. Very good quality, easy to install (if you follow the easy directions) Perfect if you can't drill into walls. Worth the money
