This wine cooler works pretty well, just make sure you vent the back- if the cooler is under a cabinet, it will not reach the lowest temp- 46 degrees, unless the warm air generated by the cooler is vented. I could only get it down to 54 degrees until I vented the under counter space I put it in.

Extremely quiet (as you would expect from a thermoelectric cooler). Rapidly reaches temperature and appears to keep it very steady. Nice to have 2 separate areas (ready to drink white, longer storage/reds). Some bottles (larger burgundy style, pinot noir and chardonnay) are really too large, but will fit with top in alternating with top out on shelves. Bordeaux bottles fit fine. Blue interior lighting is a little weird, but can be turned off. Bought 2. overall very happy at one month.

We really like the cooler. However we are not happy with the customer service at new air. The cooler came damaged. The hinge on the top was broken. We have called 3 times trying to get a new one, they wanted to give us one off a used one, said they would call back and never did.

Great looking and so far it's working really well. Dual zones is a must have!

This was a Christmas present for my husband, however, unfortunately, when it was delivered the glass was shattered and we could not enjoy it for the Holidays. I returned it to the store and ordered another one to pickup at the store. I am looking forward to rating this as a 5

Have only had it 1 month and so far it is working great as advertised. It hold the 32 bottles and the temp. It's quiet and good looking. The handles were asy to install. So far very pleased.

Cooler worked to my expectations. Would have given it an excellent if it went above my expectations

We have only had it about 2 weeks. It has cooled the wines to the desired temps with no problem. When we put room temperature bottles in it takes several hours to return the cooler to the preset temp. It works as advertised.

Works quietly, zones come preset to the recommended white and red wine temperatures. Looks just like pictures.

After about two months of use... Best feature, it's quiet. Worst feature, temp indicators are very bright. Unable to dim or turn off. Not a deal breaker but lost a star. Otherwise, looks great, sounds great (very quiet), works well.

Nice layout for whites and reds. When neighborhood electricity went out, we had to readjust the temps, so it does not lock in the memory. Once it gets to temp it is not noisy.

Tried three different wine refrigerators before this one. This one is definitely a keeper. It is very quiet, no loud annoying hum like some of the others, very elegant looking and maintains the temperature for both red and white wines perfectly.

The temperatures are not getting below 50 degrees.

I give this an average score because it puts out a LOT of heat. I placed it under my counter and you can feel the heat as you walk by. The counter over it is also warm. I have two other small beverage refrigerators and they do not give off this type of heat. However, with that said it is nice looking and keeps bottles in range for the most part.

So far so good. Like the two climate zones. Wish it went a little lower than 46 degrees but overall it works great. Wife loves it.

I checked prices and models of wine refrigerators before buying. This model appeared to be what I was looking for- at a significantly lower price at Home Depot than the exact same model elsewhere. I wasn't 100% satisfied with delivery because they didn't knock or ring my doorbell but just left the box at my front door and ran off. I was left bringing it in myself. That ended up being fairly easy to do as well as well as the set up. All my bottles fit perfectly and the cooling system works as advertised. I've only had it 1+ month but I love my choice!

One month into use and so far so great. Chilled the white to 48F and reds to 56F and temperature is true. Meat/clean appearance and no noise. Good value purchase.

This is a nice looking cooler. Easy to operate and set up. I'll see how long it lasts; more than five years,I'll give it 5 stars.
