My shipment came with much damage, but HD took care of it with the vendor and I had replacements with in a week. I did not want to return them since once seeing this product they were all I expected and more, very nice product.

Like many reviews regarding the NewAge products I too had a minor issue. I was missing 2 large handles for the locker cabinets and the hydraulic lifts in one of the overhead cabinets would not open are well as the other two. Home Depot was great, one phone call and replacement parts we there in days. Buy with confidence if there are issues they will be taken care of at no cost to you. The cabinets themselves are extremely sturdy and will hold everything you can put in them. Compared to anything similar I have owned in the past, these are by far a better product. I highly recommend this product. If your on the fence about ordering don't be.

I normally do not provide a negative review but I need to mention a few things: 1. First I thought I was purchasing a US or Canadian product but it's from China. 2. One of the wall cabinets had a small dent in the front door. 2. One of the locker cabinets was provded with the incorrect hardware and door handles. Also this same locker cabinet came with rod hanger brackets but with no closet rod like the other one. 3. The 84" worktop was shipped vertically on a pallet between the two locker cabinets, but it was only support by one horizontal slat on the pallet. This allowed the worktop to pivot, which damaged one of the rear corners of the stainless steel sheetmetal cover. Unable to repair so living with the damage. Correct hardware and handles were received, awaiting delivery of the closet rod. New Age needs to work on quality control with their manufacturer in China. Overall I like the cabinets and would recommend them. Home Depot has provided me with great customer support.

I am in the process of building so my cabinets are not installed yet, but I opened some of them up and they look really nice. The quality seems very good, I am impressed and looking forward to installing them.

We were very pleased with all the cabinets and counters. We purchased the black set for our shop and the blue set for our garage along with some additional individual cabinets. We were extremely impressed with the quality of all of the products. Also, there have apparently been improvements made in packaging and shipping because all of the items arrived very well packaged and included detailed notes for the carrier regarding loading, direction, delivery, etc. All pieces were in great condition and we received them earlier than expected. It was good that my husband was able to be home for delivery as there was only one delivery person and two or more people really are necessary to unload without damaging the product. We would definitely recommend these cabinets to anyone desiring to have great looking storage!!!

Packaging was to my surprise, based on some of the reviews I read, very robust. Heavy duty cardboard , good banding and shrink wrapped to the pallets. (9 pieces). All cabinets were perfect, not a blemish or dent anywhere. Also, when I ordered online, I was given a three week lead time for delivery. I received my shipment in less than five working days. I took one star away, the one hiccup, I did not receive the counter top. Whether this was left off by the distributor or transport company, I called Home Depot and they got a replacement top on order for me within a few minutes, so no worries. Just to start, these cabinets are very solid, welded seams & no real assembly needed. Shipping was fast and on time, you may need to help driver if he is alone, cabinets come on two pallets totaling approx. 600lbs. My only issue was the finish was scratched in a few places & 1 cabinet was dented on the bottom. Home Depot offered to make it right without question. Also vender call and inquired about issue. Great customer service... These cabinets look great and hold a lot of tools, 24" depth fits my tools boxes without having to turn them sideways.

The cabinets are built like tanks. Very well made and has feature you wouldn't expect in a garage type cabinet. I would of gave it 5 stars however packaging was not the greatest . Cabinets were able to move inside their shipping containers and scuffed the finish on a lot of the cabinets. The stainless worktop edges were dented during the shipping.
