Works as advertised. I was able to get rid of a soft spot in my yard where water collected underground. I couldn’t get the Home Depot Apo app to notify customer service that I had arrived for customer pick up, but a person came out to see if I had arrived.

Had to buy inside coupler , then buy a sock to put around my splice point , after using 1 1/2 all weather sealing tape to bind all the joints together to make use of this item . Otherwise it was what I needed( I liked the drain feature at the bottom of the 90 elbow, which I put pea gravel under for drainage.

Works great. Wish they stocked this locally, because it took nearly a week to get it.

Sometime the lid will stick, sometimes not. I like that it keeps out rabbits and other animals.

It worked as it was designed

Purchased as a replacement for my foundation drainage system. Works great. Works on both 3 and 4 inch pipe.

A great solution to put downspout water away from the foundation without letting debris fill the pipe.

Product worked just as described. Easy to install and much more aesthetically pleasing than a standard drain opening

Product is great...only questioned which side (bottom or side) the intentional slit in the black pipe should face. Both made sense in my head for a justification for having it but not sure what the engineers intent was. I bought 4 and each was different but the green piece separates intentionally too so assembly wasn't consistent either. Maybe it doesn't matter but I post this to hopefully be helpful.

I was surprised to find in such an old and simple concept, this product has design issues. It does not function well as a true 'Pop-Up' valve. 1. Designed drain hole in elbow to prevent ice damage is too large. Unless you have extreme volume of rain, it will drain at the bottom in elbow and not through the 'pop-up' top. 2. The cap is not a proper fit or seal to elbow. Water will spill out at the base of the cap instead of exiting through the 'pop-up' feature of the valve.

The product is actually fine, but they've sent me dozens of emails asking me to review it. If it had only been one or two I would not have been upset. After 12 I unsubscribed, but I'm still getting the requests to review weekly. I would have bought something else just to avoid all the emails if it's known.
