Lights work great with solar power and stay lit for hours. No need for batteries. We have full sun in our location. Could be a longer string though.

I like these lights a lot! They were perfect for my back deck. They are solar powered, and come on automatically at twilight, which is great! I only deducted a star because the light is not as bright as I thought it would be looking at the picture online, but overall I love these lights!

These are very opaque and fragile. They arrived with two cracked in the box, and at night they don't shine in the colors shown. The lights inside the balls are clear, and the balls themselves are so opaque that it just looks like clear hanging lights in the dark.

Love these lights, hung them along my garden fence for plenty of sun and they are very pretty, not overly bright but they surprised me after reading negative reviews and I do love them. My only complaint is now I need to order a couple more.

Stopped working after only 2 weeks- another awful thing from China......I will be returning this junk-

They lights are very dim and we had a very sunny day today. The lights only stayed on for about five seconds.

So much fun to update my porch! The lights worked great.

Everything is great! They are hanging on my tree outside and it looks beautiful. My only worry is that they will not last. Not made of the best quality and maybe inside the home would be better, but outside it is and we will see.

They look cute but dont expect them to shed any light on any thing. more decor than practical but look good

The lights only come on in full sun and when the sun goes down, the lights go out.

I have two strings hanging on a fence - they look great! I'll most likely be back for more :)

These were easy to install and pretty colors but I was disappointed and won't recommend them because they are too faint. Must reconsider my plans for the patio lights. If I had the time I would return them!

They look great after 3 weeks of use - bright and reliable even during dark days. The light lasts all evening, even on these short days.

The color is cute but they don't actually put out enough light. Not sure if the solar battery needs to be put in more direct sunlight but right now they don't work great.

No problem with installation, just had to make sure the solar collector got enough sunlight. Enjoy them immensely

I purchased these thinking they're great for my porch Well they only work when the sun is up? I thought they were supose to charge 8 hrs and then work at dusk! Very disappointed so I had to use Christmas lights instead.
