This sink stains very easily. It also has a starburst crack in the right side. I hate it.

I instalked this 18 months ago and I still have no complaints with it. I recommend this to anyone needing a brown sink. It looks great with the granite countertops.

Sink had granite over fiberglass. All other Composite Granite sinks where solid product. If there happens to get a scratch, the fiberglass could show through given time and ware.

Full remodel of kitchen going on so not in yet but I'm anxious as it looks great w/matching counter top, bronze faucet, & Chocolate cabinets currently being installed by HD. Hey, I paid full price...How about a refund of the 20% now being offered?

This sink is junk! There is NOTHING granite composite about this sink! It is plain old plastic! Every time i put something in the sink it leaves a mark! I have tried everything to remove the marks but it is impossible to clean because it stays covered with water marks. There are horrible reviews about this sink and they have been removed from the website! Then suddenly great reviews appeared and the sink is on clearance!

This is a great looking sink !! I have never seen one like this before. It has flakes of silver that sparkle when the light hits it. The design elements are breathtaking. Also, the 60/40 makes it easier to use than other sinks. The deep side holds large pots. The worker who installed the sink has one just like it and said it held up well over the last few years. I am going to take care of mine so it will last a long time. I would recommend it.

I have had this sink installed for 2 years and it looks like it is 20 years old already. I have never had such a bad product. Do not buy this sink. It is horrible.

I just wrote a review about this sink having hairline cracks in it. I contacted the company themselves, and they are sending a brand new sink out. They said they are having a problem with shipping company, and didn't even ask questions. Don't even have to send old sink back. This is how to do business. I am very impressed. Other than the cracks which apparently happened in shipping, we love this sink!

Ok this sink was mounted in granite and looked beautiful. However the contractor dropped a piece of tile in the sink and it left a gauge in it......It is supposed to be chip free and if that happened what would happen if a pot dropped or something.....Never even used the sink. Called manufacturer they will send another sink however it would cost me more money to have it removed and have it re done in the granite.....I inquired if the manufacturer had a repair kit or something to that nature and they don"t. At this point not sure if this sink was such a good deal. Doesn't seam as strong and durable as stated.....

We had to order three sinks to get one in that was not damaged. The first two were shipped directly to our home. #1 had stress cracks in the bowl. #2 had an entire corner broken off. #3 was shipped to the store and we picked it up there and it was fine. We really like the look of the under mount design and color but we are concerned now about the long term durability of the sink. We are hopeful that it will be fine.

Originally we purchased the black acrylic composite sink but we learned it was not scorch resistant. Seriously? Why would Home Depot keep in stock a sink that doesn't take a hot frying pan? With that said, we returned it and ordered this sink. It can withstand heat to 450 F. Out of the box, the sink looked great. The design is just beautiful. However, it's a little strange. While it states it's a composite granite, it looks more like a semi-matte finish, hard vinyl plastic. The sink is a blend of materials. The underside looks like a fiberglass composite with layer of granite composite on bowl side. It's light weight but feel strong. The bowls do not flex like the stainless steel sinks in this price range. And, it does have the stone material sparkling in it and it looks beautiful - especially when water runs over it. It's an easy mount (we did a top mount on Verde Peacock Granite). Using granite silicone, the self rimming sink set in place nicely and once the silicone dried it stayed in place. After the plumbing was complete and the water was running, the sink sparkled like a silver mine in California. Water never looked so good. Our disposal is a medium-quiet model. This sink does what it says...it absorbs the sound. Very pleased. The 40/60 design is functionally perfect. The larger side is deep! Frying pans and oversize pots have met their match. We love this feature. Not long after it was finished, the sink was filled with greasy pots left to soak. The test of a black sink. Greasy water was poured out. In the original glossy black acrylic composite sink—sold by Home Depot—we installed, showed every greasy water lines and streaks. This sink seems to have a finish that doesn't hold the grease. Or the sparking granite hides it. Whichever, once the greasy water was down the drain, the sink looked as beautiful as it did before the messy pots were emptied. I swear, the greasy deposits just slide down the drain. A Limited Lifetime Warranty is good but I wanted to know what that means. Unfortunately, the Mont Blanc website is a holding page with no information. What I did discover, is that the same company in Atlanta GA manufacturers this sink, as well as the acrylic composite sink, as well as the Dekor brand of the same sink sold at Lowes. So I felt better about it, in case warranty claims are necessary. Over all, I am very satisfied with the price and performance. Only time will tell how it holds up but the Lifetime Warranty makes me feel good about it. I only wish Home Depot carried it in stock rather than having to special order it.

We have ordered two of these and they arrive with stress cracks or a corner completely broken off. We are ordering a 3rd one and shipping to the store to see if this will help. We are very concerned that the sink will be durable now that we have selected it.

Avoid ordering this manufacturer's sinks! We have had to return 2 of them so far: the first one was badly scratched and marred in numerous places, and was poorly made. The second one arrived with a very large crack emanating from one of the holes drilled for the faucet. I spent an hour on the phone with Home Depot BEGGING them to instruct the manufacturer to THOROUGHLY INSPECT the 3rd sink, and PROVIDE EXTRA PACKAGING MATERIALS, such as foam, bubble wrap, etc. Of course it didn't!! And this time it was very obvious that the sink left the factory in unacceptable condition, as the thin sheet of plastic covering the sink was in pristine condition. We have had customer countertops made using this sink's template, so until we are made whole, we are without a usable kitchen. So far Home Depot has only offered us a $50 giftcard to compensate us for our trouble and extreme inconvenience.

Love the sink. Just wish for my configuration the larger side was on the left. Desert Sand was more a grayish than sand. First sink came damaged and had to return.

This sink is great. Big side is large enough for my stoneware cookie sheets. It is beautiful makes the counter tops look drab but I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for this type of sink. It replaced the scratched up old stainless one.

Looks great with my granite countertop. Able to withstand the heat from the hot water dispenser. Still seems brand new after several months of use.

I just hope it lives up to the hype - won't scratch or stain. We are on our 3rd sink in 12 years because the other white sinks stained badly.

Best sink I've ever had. Far nicer than stainless steel that always has to be dried to remove water spots, or porcelain that needs cleanser to remove stains. It blends right into my counter top looking very elegant ..

This sink design is absolutely beautiful! It seems to be rather fragile. The surface developed a crack for unknown reason. The beautiful design is restrictive to find a protective bottom rack that is functional. There is nothing available retail or on the Internet. Home Depot has been great regarding replacing the cracked sink with a new sink. The only cost to us is the inconvenience. We are however concerned the sink will become cracked again, but short of replacing the entire granite countertop, we had to replace the damaged sink with the same curved design sink.

Purchased online since it is not available in the store. From underneath, it appears more like injection molding or fiberglass. I received mine in the mail and upon installation found that it was spider-cracked along one corner. Now, I have to pay to have it uninstalled and return it to have it reinstalled. I recommend purchasing another granite type sink.
