Love how easy this works when cleaning my fence. Can’t wait to get more and do it again!!

Worked well on siding, did require scrubbing of the deck to remove all old mildew

The algae was so bad this year because of all the rain and this saved our patio. Worked as expected. I ended up using the entire bottle and did three runs with it just because I wanted to make sure it all went away. I cleaned the entire patio area which is close to 1,000 sq ft. This image just reflects one section.

Fence was starting to get a little moldy/mildewy so picked this stuff up so I didn’t have to pressure wash the entire thing. Worked great! Took 5 gallons to cover both sides of a 200’ fence.

Mold armor cleans and removes what other deck cleaners do not. This was applied with a garden sprayer and you can see the results within seconds of application. One gallon was enough to clean the planks. I will purchase a second bottle to clean the rails.

Took me about 30 minutes total, from start to finish. I did also scrub the spots that had more debris and mold/mildew buildup, after applying the foam cleaner. The Bottle easily attaches to any garden hose, instructions are clear and minimal - apply the product, let it sit, rinse thoroughly with water - all of which is done while the bottle is connected to the hose. Results of a power washer w/o all of the effort and energy that goes into power washing.

I got this product as part of Home Depot's Seeds Program. It might be the same formula as their EZ House Wash. Either way, this stuff works great! I also have the 1gallon refill size that simply refills this 64 oz container. You simply spray it on, let it sit for a few minutes (10 is recommended) and then rinse it off. Presto Bingo, clean everything! Worked great on my deck, especially with all of the mold and dirt that accumulated over the winter. And I don't know how it works, but I've noticed that my house siding is still clean after a harsh winter (the north side usually dirties and blackens up with moss on the north side every year), and my decking surfaces are still clean! The goal now is to keep everything clean. I plan on cleaning the deck and house late winter (end of Feb to mid-March) and again right before winter hits (Oct/early Nov). I'm hoping that each wash will build up so that eventually I'll only have to do it once a year in the spring.

I got this to hopefully clean up and kill the mold/mildew on my garage siding, door and gutters. Admittedly it’s been a few years so it was not the greatest. I am glad I bought a scrub brush as there was elbow grease needed to clean up. I am pretty happy with my results after about 45 minutes. I’ll go for another application in the spring probably.

The deck and fence mold and mildew remover is easy to use and you can see the results immediately. I used it on our fence and yard cabinets, and wow, what a difference within minutes! Here are the steps to use it: Wear a long sleeve shirt and gloves to make sure it doesn’t contact skin (wash immediately if it does). Wear safety glasses and a mask. The instructions didn’t call for a mask, but to be on the safe side, I used one. Instructions also warn against contact with fabric since it may ruin it. It is best to wear old clothing that you wouldn’t care about. Connect a hose to the spray bottle and turn on the water at the source while the bottle setting is off. Move the switch to clean and spray the fence/patio/target area moving from bottom to top. Cover the whole application area and switch the bottle to off. Wait for 10 minutes. Move the switch to rinse and rinse the application area well. Make sure to clean your hands and face after using it. It made an immediate difference on how the fence looks. It was also quite effective on a very dirty hard plastic yard cabinet/shed. 10 days later the fence looks even better. You can tell the difference between the surfaces where it was, and where it was not applied. One important point is to get at least a few bottles. We used one bottle per 3-4 fence panels, so the whole project took us 4 bottles. It saves you from a trip to the store mid project unless you can do it in that 10 minute break. On a related note, I would warn you to make sure you apply the product evenly and thoroughly. Rushing and trying to stretch the product over more panels will result in a splotchy end result, with some parts looking great, and some parts still gray :) Overall, great product.

I am excited to report that this product worked beautifully on our pvc fence. There was a significant build-up of mildew and gunk on our fence from lack of maintenance by the previous homeowner. As per instructions I foamed up the fence on the first setting, let it marinate, and rinsed off. This left a glorious result and didn’t negatively impact my nearby greenery. About two bottles took care of my entire fence perimeter. Very happy- will use again and highly recommend. Easy to use.

I used this product to clean up our properties’ pvc fence that had years of build-up of mildew from lack of maintenance by the previous owner. The product was easy to apply, it did its work for a few minutes and then easily rinsed off. For the more intensely built up areas, I used a microfiber cloth to scrub with and then re-applied to do the trick. I highly recommend this - my fence looks like new!

I got this product in both the gallon container and end of hose sprayer container. You can refill the sprayer containers with the gallon container. Easy to use and does a great job removing mildew and stains from my wooden privacy fence. Just attach it to the hose and spray according to the directions on the container and the fence looks amazing. Definitely recommend.

I was a little skeptical that the product would clean the siding without needing to work a lot with a scrub brush. I applied the product as described in the instructions and waited the 10 minutes as indicated. I went back and rinsed the siding and was very pleased to see that most of the areas were pretty clean. I did not use a scrub brush at all since I wanted to see how well the product did on its own. As you can see from the photos, there were some areas of significant grime. The instruction state that a second application may be necessary so I applied a second coat. I let the product work for 10 minutes again, then rinsed off. Again I was very happy to see that everything was completely clean, except a few spots where there is some other type of grime (like dripped caulking from another project). I di not need to do any scrubbing to remove the mildew, algae, etc. I also have a large propane bottle beside the one wall and it had a lot of algae on it. I decided I may as well hose that down as well. I applied the product as I was applying it to the siding. The bottle was pretty clean as well. It could use a little scrubbing but I wasn't too worried about getting that clean. One bottle was able to be applied in 2 coats. The total area covered per application was approx 450 sq ft.

The mold Armor is wonderful!! Okay if you are in need of cleaning up your wood deck , vinyl fencing this may be for you ! I sprayed a a lot of water on my plants before I started each washing . I also sprayed the fence and deck while my 4 dogs were inside the house, just in case . So now I’m ready and put a heavy spray from the bottom up as per the instructions. However I did wait 10 minutes instead of 5 , rinsed and repeated. I am VERY pleased with my results. And I will continue to use Mold Armor every 6 months for maintenance. The different sprays also.

The Mold Armor 64 oz. E-Z Outdoor Deck and Fence Wash Mold and Mildew Remover has Instructions easy to follow , But I waited 20 minutes on this product for the solution to work on plain wood deck and it did a good job , now to wait for it to dry for the results , Now on painted surface I did not have any mold so it did not do much for it ,I intendent to experiment on a workshop vinyl porch and walls for a test ,See pictures attached ..

I'm reviewing this mold armor one gallon easy outdoor deck and fence wash mold and mildew remover. I'm mixed it about one-to-one with water and sprayed it on with garden sprayer. Waited 10 minutes and washed it off with a ryobi 18 Volt power washer. it wasn't until fully dry when you could really see that it got the green out right down into the pores of the wood. My decking needs replacement but prices and availability are still out of reach. This mold armor at least did its job of getting it clean.

Mold Armor E-Z Outdoor Deck & Fence Wash has worked great on all the surfaces which I have used it on. After applying the Mold Armor and letting it sit for 10 minutes I used my power washer to clean some of the areas where the mold was really bad. After spraying the Mold Armor on, you can see it working as it foams and lifts some dirt. I made sure to spray water on the grass, plants & bushes around the area which I’m using the Mold Armor to ensure they weren’t damaged. You will see in the attached pics on how great this has worked on any of the surfaces, vinyl siding, cement walkways and both wood decking / fencing along with vinyl siding.

So I have to say I was skeptical of how well this would work with just spraying it on and washing it off with water since you are NOT supposed to apply this with a power washer. I was quite impressed on how well it worked to remove mold, mildew, pollen, and other surface debris. Now I used a boat brush on the patio, deck and railings after it sat for a few minutes but I have to say it worked very well. I am hoping that this product keeps my deck cleaner longer than it would have if I just power washed it. Overall very happy and will always clean my patio and deck with this product going forward.

I have finally found an outdoor cleaner that cleans the dirt, mold, and algae that coats everything here in FL. The Mold Armor removed two years worth of dirt, mold, and algae on my white vinyl fence better than a power washer. It removed new mold growth on the concrete patio near the pool equipment. And it removed about 5 years of dirt, and mold off my WI shaped paver. The directions are easy to understand. It was easy to hook up to my garden hose and use. However, the pressure was lower than my hose, and didn't seem powerful enough to do anything. But, boy-oh-boy did their Microban Foaming Technology clean my stuff up, absolutely amazing! I waited about 10 minutes, and rinsed. I applied a second coat to my WI rock, and near the pool equipment. Again, I waited 10 minutes and rinsed. I was absolutely amazed at how well this product worked. After I took my after pictures I went out to put some stuff away and everything was even cleaner. The Mold Armor was still working even after being rinsed off. I took another set of after pictures. My power washer never gets the fence this white. Diluted bleach works, but it strips, and dulls the finish. I hate using diluted bleach, and now I don't have to anymore. I recommend Mold Armor for small, or large outdoor cleaning projects.

We used Mold Armor to clean and prepare our wood deck for some new stain of the same color. Two of the attached photos show portions of the deck after using the product. Specifically the one of the verticle post shows significant difference. Prior to product use that Crack was filled with mold. We also really like the dial in spray pattern feature on output side. We're very impressed.

We have over 250 feet of white vinyl fence across our front yard next to a gravel road and shaded by trees. With dew settling on the fence and cars driving by stirring up the dust, the fence becomes a mess. We have cleaned it in the past with a pressure washer which is time consuming and have used bleach water and a brush which is labor intensive. We got Mold Armor and thought we would give it a try. We followed the directions and poured a gallon into a pump-up sprayer and applied to the fence and waited 10 minutes before rinsing. The fence hardly needed to be rinsed as the dirt and mold just disappeared. We took a water hose to rinse and where the hose wouldn't reach we took another sprayer with just water and rinsed it off. The fence looks like new. Only a few spots did we have to take our hand (with rubber gloves on) and wipe the area lightly and the dirt/mold came right off. We were very pleased with the outcome and it is much easier to clean the fence than our prior methods.

I have a deck that on one side has some mildew from weathering. I thought this could be a good option to clean it. It is super easy to hook up to a garden hose, apply the product, and at the r 10 minutes rinse it off. In my particular case it didn’t get all of the mildew off. I did notice when I was rinsing it you could see the mildew coming off. I think if I had used this preventatively it would work a lot better. At this point I think I need to pressure wash and repaint. I would say I think this is a good product for preventative or lighter weathering. I also think it is a good application for hard to clean or smaller areas where it isn’t worth hooking up a pressure washer

I bought this to clean off some mildewy sidewalks around our property. Our pressure washer was unavailable, so I tried using it with a high pressure garden hose nozzle. I applied it as instructed and waited the 10 minutes, followed by vigorous rinsing. It took two applications to get the results I did get. Next time I'll follow up with a pressure washing, which should improve the results. I'd say it does a decent job and the nozzle itself does a good job of applying the product.

My pool deck, which has a cool deck finish does get dirty and even in some areas in the winter months, where the sun does not sun much, I get a green mold/mildew that grows on some areas of the deck.. The Mold Armor E-Z Outdoor Deck and Fence Wash Mold and Mildew Remover seemed like it would perfect for my regular spring cleanup of my pool deck. I applied the cleaner full strength directly to the pool deck and waited ten minutes per directions… Then used my garden hose and rinsed off the areas. Quite pleased that the mold and dirt came right off very easy and now my pool deck is bright and clean again! This stuff is great…very easy to use and reasonably priced. This will be what will I use in the future to clean my Polyvinyl fencing when it needs to be cleaned.

This Mold Armor E-Z Deck and Fence Wash Mold and Mildew Remover cleans as intended. This cleaner was sprayed at full strength using a plastic garden sprayer. The cleaner is caustic and has a foaming action. I wore rubber gloves, safety glasses, rain jacket and rubber shoes to protect myself. To keep these three tests as equal as possible, I did the following on each test surface: 1) Used the same sprayer on each surface and tried to apply the same amount on each 2) Per instructions, waited 10 minutes for the cleaner to complete it's work 3) I used a regular garden hose and nozzle set to the jet position. All three tests showed significant or remarkable results. A pressure washer may have even improved the result, but I was just testing the ability of the product to work as designed. The only two reasons I did not rate this product 5 stars is that I used almost 1/3 gal just on these three sections, which would have been equivalent to about a fence 6 feet high and 9 feet long. I have about 180 feet of fencing which could take almost 8 gallons to clean. The second reason is you have to be careful of the run off of the rinsing and wet your rinse your plants around the project. Also, the run off could harm my fish pond.

Each year I get an "industrial-strength" growth of mold/mildew/algae on nearly every outside surface that is not exposed to direct sunlight. Power washing has been the remedy but has to be repeated again several weeks later. What I need also is something to inhibit, or at least, slow down its return. Therefore, it was time to test how effective the Mold Armor EZ-deck, Fence & Patio Wash product is for this problem. I used a hand-held sprayer to apply the Mold Armor solution to a small section of the garden shed siding, waited the recommended time for it to work, then rinsed the Mold Armor solution off with a pump-up garden sprayer filled with plain water. I've got to tell you that I was impressed with the results! Better than 95% of the green, slimy mess was gone - all without hand scrubbing or using a high pressure water spray. A second application of the Mold Armor solution and another low-pressure rinse removed most of the remaining stain from mildew, again without scrubbing. I bet that if I would have given the first application of Mold Armor a little scrub and/or maybe used a stronger stream of water when rinsing, I would not have needed the second application of this product. I'll continue the test a bit longer just to see how soon or if the green ugliness returns. Lastly, wear protective hand and eye protection when applying this product - it's strong stuff!
