My first Milwaukee tool from the M12 line, and very pleased. Really like the compact size and light weight. Works well for tight spaces or more delicate work, but still has the torque to drive many of the fasteners I use. Now often finding myself grabbing this instead of my M18 tools.

Perfect little drill for tight spaces and wide enough to carry all day. Plenty of power to drive all sorts of screws

One of the most powerful "pocket-sized" non-impact drivers out there. Wish the size was slightly smaller/shorter; better ergonomics. Like other techs, still prefer the 3453-20 (M12 impact driver) over this drill driver.

Not only did it meet my expectations but surpassed them in a light weight, compact and powerful tool. It hardly leaves my tool pouch because it’s great at running various fasteners. Another great tool from Milwaukee!

This tool exceeded my expectations, got it to upgrade from a similar tool but this driver has so many more features that I love. Working on boats and on small spaces, this is a perfect do-everything tool.

It is lightweight, with good torque for a 12V. I use this daily. I like the quick change chuck, as I only use the screw bits in it. I've had this for over 5 years and is still going strong. It hasn't failed me yet. If I need to drill or do the heavy work, I pull out the M18.

Bought on sale. I wanted a more compact tool than the 18v tools. A little heavier than I expected but fine. I new this was not an impact tool. Impact tools are too noisy, especially on sheet metal studs.

Only had this screwdriver a few months. It’s performed great on every project I’ve used it on!

This would be a five star but I have very little confidence the batteries will still “lock” into the tool after some heavy use. Besides that it’s great. It is slightly heavy as well but the compact size, power, clutch, and quick disconnect make this tool very valuable. I mostly use this for assembly/disassembly of small engines/machinery, as well as automotive interiors.

As an occasional weekend do-it-yourselfer, you have to like the solid feel and balance of the screwdriver. The kit comes with two batteries, so you can always be charged for any modest jobs around the house or vehicle. The only quirk is that if you use bits with solid, non-lockable shanks, they may fall out or stay stuck on a nut if the fit is tight.

Ordered the Drill with Hard Case. Received Drill with Soft Case. Rather than return and replace, HD refunded difference and I kept the Soft Case. Good Parts: Drill is VARIABLE speed, with 2 gear ratios, not just 2 speed. Hex Chuck works great. Unit has great torque. Prefer this style over impact type for certain work. (I already have 2 other impact drivers - different brand). Batteries were great. Good value and function. Only negative: The drill/driver is heavy. Not in a terrible way, as the feel is substantial. For lighter work I do, it is a bit heavy. The excellent features and smooth operation make up for this. I would buy it again and I will recommend to friends. Solid Tool. I picked Milwaukee as I was previously invested in another line of tools, but the large department store brand "C" went out of business and I now have an orphan set of power tools that if they fail, cannot be replaced and the batteries are becoming harder to get. With <Milwaukee, the price will be a little higher, but I suspect I will be able to stay in this family for far longer then other store brands.

I previously used the Non-Fuel version of this and it has been one of my favorite and most used tool. I wanted a second to leave in my truck toollbox, so I optioned for the fuel version. still one of my most go-to tools.

I have one of these on all of my service vehicles. This a reliable tool that save me a lot of time. Great Milwaukee dependability.

I’ve used this screwdriver to replace interior parts on vehicles and it’s been great! Much faster that turning everything by hand. I was surprised by how much power it has too. Definitely a must if you do a lot of work on car interiors! Great price too.

This driver has plenty of power, speed and is a great installation tool for us with devices and fixtures. My olny complaint is the durability of the belt clip.They get loose and eventually break, but the warranty covers it for 5 years!

Battery won't charge straight out of the box
