Good for what I want it screw a 1/4” electronic bolt with out demage or a3”” with out problem good clutch and I got very good deal

I've owned a 2401 since late 2009. The 2402 has many improvements such as: 1) 2-speed quick-change gearbox. The higher speed is more efficient for drilling. 0 - 400 / 0 - 1,700 vs 0 - 500. 2) Quick-change between drill and clutch. No more turning the clutch to drill setting. 3) Brushless motor for longer battery life. 4) Shorter length: 6.6" compared to 2401 is 7". 5) Flashlight mode is easier to initiate and LED is brighter and broader. 6) More torque 375 in-lbs vs 175 in-lbs. 7) 0.25 lbs lighter. I'm glad I bought the 2401 and the 2402 is the upgrade I needed.

Drive was perfect and unbelievable battery life !! Very happy !!

After six months the colette quit working. It drives great with good control, but the bits fall out which renders it pretty frustrating to use.

Decent drill, served its purpose, kinda week for drilling any steel thicker than 3/16 though!

Milwaukee M12 Fuel hex screwdriver kit w/2ah batteries: I'm an electrician and carry a cordless screw gun on my belt every day. I had a Rigid 12v before. This Milwaukee unit is insanely stout. I was able to run a couple 2_1/2" deck screws into a 4x4! Battery lasts for 3-4 days of mild work. I can probably trim out a 2000 sq ft house on a single battery. I've used it for a couple weeks now. With practice you can change bits without letting go of the pistol grip. Made in China :(

This is quite possibly my favorite tool ever...Very compact, but powerful, I use it for everything! can't beat the compact size...great driver, and drill too.

The chuck broke within the first 10 screws, not to mention it no longer has the "quick change" chuck that they still list in the promotional material. Lots of power but the chuck makes it a pile of garbage.

Very strong driver, very quick. I do find it to be a little power hungry and the lowest torque settings is still to high for my taste. My only other complaint is the balance of the tool, the weight is a little too far back. Overall very good tool

This is an awesome tool, easy to handle, not heavy and has perfect torque for small to med jobs.

This power screwdriver is powerful and very versatile. I have been using this tool for about 8 months now and I have no regrets for buying it. Very much worth the money. If you need a good small power screwdriver, don't over look this tool. It's Great.

Needed to clean some lime scale off my shower tile. Drill just was not doing it. But this 90 degree was awesome. Would buy again for sure
