I received the black jacket for christmas from my wife and I have to say it's the best thing ever.. For me being a roofer in the Boise, Idaho area it's like being wrapped in a heated cloud all day. It's a dream come true. Only down side, battery life is 3-4hrs. recommendation would be to get and extra battery or even a new Milwaukee M12 tool...

The coat does provide warmth except in the arms. Pockets keep hands warm as well. Battery on high temperature only lasts about 2.5 hours so best to keep a spare with you. Arms on large are a little short so make sure you have adequate gloves.

This is a great coat. The only thing is....there are so many pockets and I couldn't understand where to locate the USB plug. I did eventually find it though, and it's all good

My son loved the jacket .The jacket is warm without using the battery. It will be used in winter and spring.

Bought for my Dad for Christmas! He is always cold, I hoped this would work for him. He loves it! Beautiful jacket, warm, quick battery charge.....perfect. bought 2 of the Hoodies for my sons. They love them. Will get one for myself next year.

This was a requested Christmas present and it was just what he wanted for the use he needed it for.

This jacket was purchased for my father for Christmas. He is 5'9 and is a medium build. We ordered a large and it fits him perfectly. This jacket is pretty neat! The battery (which also has a usb port to charge your phone) sits in its own pocket and cannot really be felt when the jacket is worn. To turn the jacket on, there are buttons on the front of the jacket (that light up). Press and hold to turn on high and the buttons light up red, press again and lights go blue for medium, press again and lights go white for low heat. Press and hold and the heating element turns off. The buttons that stay lit are not "iron man" bright, but they do stay on while the jacket is on. The Milwaukee logo is present on the chest as well as on the back of the neck... neither are to large however so you will not feel like a walking Milwaukee billboard. In all, this is a neat jacket and I would recommend it for anyone that has to be in the cold!

We bought this for our son for Christmas and he loves it!! He is an Industrial Electrician and works in sometimes severe cold temperatures. He loves the warming of the jacket in the back and in the pockets. He can put his hands in his pocket to warm them. He loves how he can move freely in it and how easily it is to charge and replace the battery. It uses standard power tool battery by Milwaukee, which we all know are a high quality power tool. He highly recommends it. I thought it was a little pricey, but it is a high quality jacket. Gary from Ohio

I purchased thts coat for my husband for Christmas. The only complaint with it is the battery charge only lasts for about 3 hours. It would be nice to have an extra battery for it. He says the coat keeps him toasty while working in his garage and while outdoors.

Ordered the black heated jacket as a Christmas gift for my hubby and he loves it! It fits great is an excellent quality coat on its own. Of course he had to try it out right away so he let it heat up and went outside to fiddle around with his truck in the cold Montana winter. Came back in about 45min later and said it works like a dream! He especially loves the handwarmers in the pockets for when his fingers got cold. I would absolutely reccomend this for anyone who works outdoors a lot or endures cold temps. Got this gift on time and the battery even came precharged and is washer/dryer safe :)

I am kind of so so on this jacket,I was expecting better,my disappointment might not be the jackets fault entirely,let me explain.I have been a die hard recommend to everybody heated motorcycle/snowmobile connect to your battery synergy jacket liner! Those items are some of the best items I have ever bought,the heat is instant and they get flat out hot,really nice when I am out snowmobiling or cold weather riding on my cycles.The Milwaukee Electric jacket is nice,but the heat takes a while to feel and the high setting is probably equal to the low setting on the snowmobile jacket liner,but like I say probably not a fair comparison.Also,the battery seems to wear down a lot faster than the chart provided by Milwaukee Electric,although it recharges very quickly.In summary,nice jacket but I was expecting better, compared to my Synergy motorcycle heated jacket liner,which probably is not a fair comparison due to the fact it wires into a 12 volt battery and continually charges.See Ya!

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loves it. Every time he goes out hunting, he's always got it on.

This is a very comfortable, warm jacket once I got the right size. I normally wear medium but had to return that for a large,which still didn't fit. Finally, the extra large fit and I really like it.

Husband is enjoying his new jacket while fishing and running the trolling motor.

It was a Christmas present and he was thrilled to get it. Finding it even has a spot to charge his phone. It has a seperate control for his hands to warm. It's machine washable. The only question is durability and how long it continues to work. He put it on in the house and was about 3 minutes and was taking it off. Warranty is on it so we love the response we received from our gift.

The only complaint I have is the cost. It is a warm jacket without the heater, and then when you need the heater, you are toasty warm.

Amazing coat I been using my new Milwaukee jacket every day comfortable to wear working & runing out side in 17 degree whether works best on low setting in these conditions, or if you just what to be comfortable out side turn on high you will notice that you are warm, if your living in Idaho this is one nice coat to have on,

The jacket fit my son perfectly. It was a Christmas gift and he loves it. He lives in Minnesota so it will be very practical for him shoveling snow, working in his unheated workshop in his garage and also deer hunting.

Works very well need more than one battery to use all day

I bought this coat for my husband and he loves it!!! Great quality. The first time he used it, it didn't heat very good but after that first use, it works perfect!!

The day I purchased the Milwaukee heated jacket I charged the battery and only took 20 minutes. after charging I tried the heating options and it works great! It is far the best heated jacket ever! If you work outdoors in the cold then this is the one to get!!

Works great even with it not on it retains body heat.

I work for an electrical contractor, and we purchased these for our electricians to work inside of a -17 degree Fahrenheit freezer. The electricians spent several hours in the freezer, and they said it made a huge difference.

I use this jacket in my job with TDOT and find myself standing outside working most of the day. During cold weather, I can adjust the temperature to keep me warm all day long. I also bought a backup battery just in case the battery that came with jacket runs down. Great for the outdoor worker who must be away from the office and out in the cold all day. Would I recommend - certainly, its a must have.

Front not nearly as warm as back on high setting is that normal?

I bought these coats for myself and my husband. I love it. It has many pockets which I like because it is handy. If you want a larger battery it can take it. Also it can be machine washed and dried.

The jacket itself is so well insulated that I rarely need the heat function. The battery pack pocket is designed to be accessible while wearing thw jacket, But it tends to hit things as you pass by. The routing of the USB cord could have been a bit more protected. Otherwise it's a great product!

I purchased this Jacket Late Oct and Used in Nov because I do Airplane Marshalling at Denver International Airport and package handling. The Large size fit well. I am 5'10" 190lbs. The Jacket fit is good for a person who is slim to regular size which is how I consider myself. I have a 36" waist and 42" chest and wear a 16 -16.5 34/35 long sleeve shirt. So the Large M12 Lithium-Ion Cordless High Visibility Heated Jacket Kit (Battery and Charger Included) Model # 203461307 fit well on my body frame. I needed a warm jacket which allowed me to marshall and handle packages out in the cold. then I wouldn't have to wear many clothing layers. I was excited to purchase this jacket. Hoping it would keep me warm for tempertures ranging from 45 degrees down to negative 20 degrees and occasional wind chill factor of 10 to 20mph. During the time I tried the Jacket in Nov, the lowest temperature was 20 degrees. Underneath I only wore a long sleeve thermal shirt. Unfortunately once I turned it on, the jacket did heat up, then within 5 maybe 10 minutes the heat diminished or felt like it just turned off and I didn't feel any of the heat. Additionally when I had the jacket on the highest setting the battery supplied only charged the jacket for a little less than 1.5 hours. If the jacket and battery pack was working properly, it didn't feel like it was heating the jacket. I didn't want to pay for the extra large battery pack M12 XC 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Battery for $69. The jacket then would have cost me $270 which is higher than what I want to spend on a jacket. Since the jacket didn't perform the way I had hoped, I returned it. The return process was very easy going to a home depot store near where I live.
