I bought this refrigerator to replace a Frigidaire that was about 38 years old. The new stainless steel exterior looks great and it's adjustable features are great. There are a couple of things that I would improve Including making built-in egg storage trays and a larger storage tray for meats and cheese.

We are pleased with our new refrigerator except for the flimsy plastic interior door on the deli drawer.

Installed late December, no problem with it so far. My ice cream softened somewhat, but that was probably because I didn't secure the doors. Very happy with it. I have a 4 year old Maytag range and am happy with that too.

Have had it for 2 months now. The handles are great. So easy to keep clean. I know that we can look forward to many years of good use.

Physical issues left me unable to access the food in the lower portion of my single-door refrigerator with a top freezer, leading to duplication of purchases and much wasted food.This well-lit, french door fridge has reduced wasted food to nearly zero because I can see and reach everything.My only disappointment is the ice maker; it is hard to reach and shut off. If it gets too full, it overflows to the bottom, out of my reach.

Our first french door fridge. Picked this 33" model because we couldn't fit a 36" wide model in our space. Had to order from Home Depot as no stores in our area stocked this one. Love it so far. Only cons I noticed: Gap behind the adjustable shelves in the fridge section allows small things to fall to the bottom. Pull out shelves in the fridge section seem a little flimsy. If you want to see for yourself go to the Depot and look at Whirlpool WRF535SMBM they usually stock, it has the same inside drawers. When the humidity control is turned off, condensation drips from the fridge doors onto the top of the freezer door. Turned on humidity control and seemed to solve the issue. I would have given it 5 stars if not for above. Would recommend if you don't need water in ice in door. We have an under sink filter for drinking water so I did not miss it. I noticed on the models that did have ice/water in door, the mechanism took up a large amount of space from the fridge anyway. Hope this helps those considering this model.

I love my new refrigerator, spacious and easy to find everything

WE bought a french door refrigerator and so far we love it. We especially like the new handle design, which looks very elegant. The refrig works well and keeps things very fresh in the crispers longer than our previous refrig.

I'm very satisfied with this fridge.

I have had the refrigerator for about two weeks. To this point it is meeting my expectations. No major issues. One minor issues, the light switch in the freezer was froze up for the first couple of days from condensation. Runs extremely quiet. Cost was a little more than I wanted to spend, but ten year warranty on compressor is hard to beat in the market place.

I am very happy with my purchase of this great looking and good Quality refrigerator. Most refrigerators were to tall for my space but this one fits perfectly. Also like the layout of shelving and door storage. It's been almost a month since my purchase and there have been no issues. Runs quietly.

I bought this a little over 5 months ago and the handle on the freezer is already loose and no easy way to tighten it. The fridge handle looks like it can tighten easily with a screwdriver but not the freezer. Also, I was disappointed the freezer did not have solid bottomed compartents. They are the cheap wire/metal kind and stuff can fall through the bottom of it. I couldn't tell from the pictures when we ordered it and was told in the store that it had the solid bottomed drawers/compartments in the freezer. I was also told by another sales associate that this was a step up from the whirlpool brand, made by the manufacturer but I am not so sure now that we own it. The freezer works great overall and we love the french doors and freezer down below. I would skip the bulky handles as it takes up more room in my little kitchen. Icemaker takes a while to fill the ice tray but once it is full we have not run out with our normal use.

I replaced my 30" wide top freezer fridge with this one, and it's been awesome so far! I can see and get to everything much easier.

Like fridge on top! no getting down on your knees to get something. love the freezer on the bottom with pull out door. easy to get stuff out of freezer.

I'm extremely pleased with my new Maytag refrigerator. I would have liked a few more shelves on the doors, but it's really a great product & I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Maytag!!

Love the size. Very happy that it runs quiet. Only gave 4 star, because I think they could have made the freezer door operation a little more stable.

We love this refrigerator! We had a side by side previously, and the biggest difference we notice is the ability to find things so much easier in this refrigerator. It also seems like we have more space in the refrigerator portion. Our only complaint is that the freezer needed to be just a little bit bigger, but we were dealing with it having to fit in a somewhat tight space up against a wall, so we needed to be able to get the doors open. If we hadn't had that issue, we probably could have gone with the model that was slightly bigger.

Looks nice inside and out, but does not get cold enough.

Our refrigerator, although not old, was difficult because retrieving items always seemed to be just out of reach. Our local dealer whom we have always used sells Maytags so we knew we could rely on his suggestions. He was right and we are so pleased with this model. The French door style puts food at eye level and the freezer is easy to organize and keep that way. The freezer in our previous model was always in a jumble. We also find that the contents in the refrigerator stay far colder and given that we have grandchildren who love to look in and just gaze, that's another important plus. It suits us perfectly.

This refrigerator was selected after looking at a large number of reviews for more than 20 refrigerators, plus checking out a number on a showroom floor. We couldn't be more pleased. It works perfectly, makes our foods easily accessible and, although there are larger units, the design gives us the capacity we need and more. The ice maker works great. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.

Cooling ability is very efficient. I expect a great electricity saving

We needed a new refridgerator and this one fit the bill. We are very pleased with the refridgerator but find it has one shortcoming. On the door the egg compartment is too small to hold a carton of 12 eggs.

We purchased this refrigerator to replace our 19 year old one that was a side by side model. After lots of research, we narrowed our selections down and decided to buy from a local merchant who has been in business for several years. The sales person recommended Maytag based on his own experience with satisfied customers. We chose the French door/bottom freezer model after examining one on the floor. We are very happy with the looks, design and performance of our new refrigerator. Ours is stainless and looks great in our kitchen, too. It is obviously a Quality product.

very happy with this size. not to big or small for a single person

I have had my new refrigerator 2 months and I am so happy that I bought it. I love everything about it. It is so easy to find things in it. It far exceeds any of my expectations. It is so much better than my last refrigerator.

Love this. Easy to clean. Adjustable shelves. Ice in drawer very convenient. Lots of room in door shelves. Two doors to open is easier than one.

After 1 year, the support between the crisper drawers broke, so a new one was installed. This lasted 3 months and now needs a replacement. I am dismayed by the lack of Quality and poor design this otherwise very reliable equipment contains.

We have had this appliance 2 months and love the space in our space which is 33.5 width. I connected the water line myself and had some difficulty getting the ferrule to seat to the connector on the appliance. I would suggest you change that to a push connector. The ice maker is makes more noise when operates the water fill, but we have gotten used to that.
