we ordered a steel door and it came with scratches and scratched easily while installing. We made...
we ordered a steel door and it came with scratches and scratched easily while installing. We made arrangements with the store on ordering a new door and saw the fiberglass was more energy efficient. We had to wait a month for the door to come in. My husband took the door off of our house and drive an hour. Upon inspection of the door it was scratched up way worse than the first. They offered to paint color match our door which doesn't seem like the best idea to me. After an hour of them trying that, they suggested ordering another door. This has been an experience we will not soon forget. Still no door and who knows what we will get in a month!
