We ordered this door in May 2022. It arrived in late June I believe when we had them installed. So the lifespan of actual use began in June. By September, the paint was peeling away and there were enormous white streaks everywhere. So we paid for a high-quality pre-painted custom door, and what we got is 4 months of use before it looks like cheap garbage. It’s a shame since this is not only a waste of money, but it is also a reputable and recognized brand, and I would expect more from Masonite.

This is a beautiful door and great quality. I ordered two of them for each side of my family room. Anyone know what to use for scratches that have appeared on the door to touch it up?? I ordered the black door. Thank you! Sandra

Average only because there was slight damage (chipped) that possibly occurred during shipping. Also holes for locks were not precise, had to do a little customization. Beautiful door leading to balcony though!

This door was everything I expected it to be and more. The only con is that it takes a little longer to clean with the multiple windows versus a door with one full lite panel. I would recommend ordering this door painted, as we did. We learned from the first time around, from ordering a previous door, that you are better off ordering a door that is already primed and painted. I am a painter and I would even recommend this for a door. It has a smoother finished look and the paint stays on much better. We have received many compliments from family and friends that it looks great in our home. They are amazed at how much light it brings into our home. It looks wonderful from the inside and out. It completes our home. Thanks Home Depot for helping us find our perfect door.

we purshased this door in oct, it arrived in dec and now EVERYTIME it rains we have water coming in and leaking. poor quality door for almost $1000 with tax. very disappointed

This door brings in so much light to what was a dark room. Good quality, would purchase again.

The door is excellent. It fit nice and snug. My wife likes it too.

Installed myself and took longer than i thought but mostly my fault. Its a great quality door. Exceeds exprectarions and time will tell about longevity. I know people compained about doors be chipped during shipping- well they provided touch up paint so perhaps this is a new addtion? I wanted to give credit as most only go thru this process when its a negative experince

Great product would purchase again

Nice door! With the help of a handyman to install it since we have a curved ceiling adjacent to it, and needed assistance ripping out old framing and getting the new frame and threshold to fit. Fits the space snug and lets in so much natural light.

It fit perfectly but a little on the expensive side. Looks great.

This door was an excellent buy except very expensive. I got it to replace a similar one that was old.

The door is built quite well and looks very nice; however, it came with a light scratch all along the top of the window insert. If it weren't for this, it'd be rated 5 stars for the price.
