Exactly what I needed.
The remotes were easy to program, and about 1/3 the cost of buying them through a local garage door installer.

Programming Tine (3-Pin Connector) Included!!!
The website description or specifications do not specify if the remote comes with the programming tine (3-pin connector). It does include the tine with the remote. I learned the hard way and ordered the tine from another seller only to find the included necessary part for programming it.
Other than that little peeve, the remote is exactly what I was looking for. It works with my MARTIN garage door opener.

Excellent value for exact part
This is the exact Marantec product that the garage door companies and others charge $35 for, so the $15 price here was an excellent value. It came with instructions and the little connector to match up the code with an existing remote.
