The color was way off and I couldn’t use it

Ordered 25 cases used 20 for new masterbath. The sales staff at the Urbana , Illinois store were excellent in navigating me on quality to order and what to expect in the product. By ordering online the color was consistent. Professional tile setter laid the marble mosaic were well made easy to work with and looked much more expensive.

This product is very good

It is beautiful if you get the same lot. Now I’m having issues with it seemingly retaining water and not drying out for days/weeks as they are laying it in my shower. Very frustrating.

Used this tile in my shower, came out gorgeous. I cut the tile in half and laid it subway style. It’s really stunning.

We refaced our indoor fireplace with this tile. It really is the showpiece of our family room - so pretty!

We ordered samples and then when we ordered tile for project. We received 2 totally different marbles. Home Depot store helped and reordered for us and they too received a 3rd totally different marble. All from same supplier but completely different materials. One shipment came polished instead of honed! Terrible situation, wasted our money and time!

Product did not match picture on web site

Junk. The first tile in every box is unusable due to the cardboard impression on it that won’t wash off. Also, huge variation in the colors! Some of these tiles are tan and brown and not white.

Not at all the same level of white as the prior tiles I purchased in the store. This is natural stone so there is an expectation of some variability but this was almost grey. The box was super heavy since they put both orders into one box (this is 45 lbs of tile!). Could not tell if it was from MSI or not since the tile had no real labels. Plus - putting anything into this poorly written web site is fun. Nike name for the posting cannot have any spaces in it.

I was not very happy and pleased with the entire project for the amount of money i spent due to defective marble tile. my over all rating will be POOR.

The tile was much grayer than preferred. Not much white to it at all. It was still acceptable but not what I was expecting.

I was expecting a white stone and it was very gray. I had to return it.

Had used this product before. Great quality. Great color tones. Very secure packaged for shipment by manufacturer. Highly recommended

Good price, quality, and home delivery!

The price was right. Just did not care for the color - off-white with barely visible splotches of slightly darker color. Am giving a neutral rating because it might be what someone else would find appealing.

First purchase was roughly a year ago was good/excellent. This purchase was for 2 boxes to combine the leftover from purchase 1 with this 10 sq ft order. The original order has all white/grey color. The subsequent 3 orders is where we rejected the first 2 orders and then picked the best 10 pieces from order 2 and order 3 to try to choose tiles without yellow/green/brown.

WE ORDERED A CASE OF THIS TILE AND IT JUST WHITE TILE, NO GRAIN, MARBLING OR COLOR. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Beautiful! Versatile. Add texture and design to any project. Install it disquared, herring bone, chevron... these are a great addition.
