I bought two of these hose pots; one of each color. The lighter colored one (similar to a sand color), has hints of green in it. It's almost as if there was moss growing on it. The pot itself is fiberglass and fairly light. The lid is made of a heavier material. Good The construction seems solid. I really like the appearance even with the light colorization on the sand-colored model. The dark model appears as the picture. Not as good The hole is smaller than a lot of hoses with the bulky plastic pieces on the ends. I had to file the hole to make it big enough to get the end of the hose through. I don't think this would fit a 100' rubber hose. I have the 100' rapid flow hose made of soft material and it seems to just fit. If you have a longer wand nozzle, then it can be difficult to get it to fit due to the top being more narrow. Overall, I think the product is good. I wish it was cheaper. Seems expensive for a host pot.

This hose pot is roomy enoough for a 50-foot garden hose, extra nozzles, etc. Also like that it won't rust like metal hose pots.

This is a beautiful hose pot (relatively light weight but looks like heavy stone), though I bought mine not for a hose but to hide a square plastic bucket that holds water for an irrigation system. The bucket has a spout at the bottom that leads water through a drip line to terra cotta pots situated below ground near the roots of my flowers. Fortunately, the hole in the pot, meant for a hose, accommodates the bucket spout/drip line. The only issue was the pot’s height, which I didn’t realize includes the lid. Had to trim the plastic buckets by half an inch at the top to make the lid fit. The pot is pricey, but it was the only thing I could find that works and also looks fabulous.

Ordered 2 and have no regrets. Heavy enough to keep in place, but not so heavy you can't relocate it or move it to reposition, etc. Durable. Color is very nice. I only wish there were drainage holes in the bottom for water to drain - nevertheless, 5 stars from me.

This is very nice, but the opening for the garden hose needs to be a bit bigger. If your garden hose has the larger plastic end pieces like some of the Flexzilla garden hoses, then it won’t fit. I bought a normal extension hose to make my hose fit. This is disappointing when you spend so much on a nice piece.

This is a really cute way to store your hose. It is large enough for a pretty big hose and looks nice

No drilling holes...pretty

Dry attractive sitting on my porch. No one would think that a hose is inside!

The hose pot is beautiful but the hole for the hose is too small to feed through the big flex and strain relief end of the hose. We have those non-binding hoses that expand when you turn in the water. My husband had to go buy a special router bit for his power drill to expand the hole. We also added small holes on the bottom so it would drain.

We're very pleased with these. We wanted to replace our old resin hose pots, which were probably 12-14 years old. It has gotten very difficult to find resin hose pots with lids. There are attractive, seen sturdy, and have heavy lids that hopefully won't blow off in the wind. I did have to enlarge the hose opening a bit (a sanding attachment on my Dremel made quick work of this). And I enlarged the drainage holes using a drill.

Keeps hose out of sight

I did not look like the picture. It was very dark, lid even darker, did not look like it even matched. Had scratches and little dents in it.

Roomy , light weight yet solid and beautiful

It works great with my 100ft long hose but, keep in mind that the pot is VERY heavy.

Nice garden hose pot. Worked out as expected. A bit pricey but could not find anything I liked as much elsewhere.
