Installation was painless!!

This worked perfectly to raise up the new rain shower head we purchased.

I wanted to raise the height of my shower and this arm did the trick perfectly. Used it with a larger Kohler shower head (both in rubbed oil bronze) and they look like they were made together. Created sort of a rain shower effect. I love it!

This shower arm is just what we wanted. It brings the shower head out so you don't feel like you're hugging the wall!! However, it cost a FORTUNE!!!

The product is very high quality and looks great. Also, very easy to install. As noted by the other reviewers, it is a pretty pricey item. However, if you want the look, there really are minimal options.

There are taller people which use this shower and it lifted it up so they didn't have to tilt there head....

The shower arm is a quality piece and it was the only one we found that elevated the rain shower head like we needed. It was very easy to install, you just screw it in and it works. Having said that, it was way overpriced for what you get.

Very nice shower arm - durable and high quality and nice design for certain applications. However, it is extremely overpriced for a bent piece of pipe!

This is a nice arm for a flat shower head. It is very important that your flat shower is level and this arm will allow you to do this. Plus, if you would like the head a little higher for sure this will allow for the extra head room.

Well built but sort of pricy. But it was the size and shape I needed.

Simple installation. I didn't care for the escutcheon - seemed a bit cheap - used the old one . Matched existing fixtures perfectly.

Exactly what I was looking for. It gets shower head up and away from wall. It is pricey but very high quality. Looks great !

I love this shower arm! We had a shower arm which was a bit too low, requiring me to bend my head way back to wash my hair-which is not a huge deal, but not ideal. I was so happy to find this shower arm. Because of the angle of the arm, it made washing my hair much more pleasant - and it wasn't a hard thing to install at all-though I had a professional do it, as I didn't want to chance water getting behind the walls.

Product matched the other brushed nickel hardware in the shower, easy to install the new shower arm and I don't have plumbing skills. I watched a youtube video on removing the old shower arm cause mine was stuck on pretty hard. Works great with a large rainfall shower head I had purchased at another store.

If you intend to install a large sunflower showerhead and want the spray direction to cascade down as designed rather than out at a 45 degree then you need to purchase this arm. The ‘S’ shaped arms and standard arms used in construction do not facilitate this capacity. The other option is an ‘L’ shaped showerhead arm. It will come down to aesthetic preference when comparing this ‘J’ shaped arm to the ‘L’ shaped arm. If you install a large sunflower on the standard shower arm, the spray pattern becomes more intense at the bottom and ‘limp’ at the top. My only gripe is none of the 7 HD’s within 20 miles stock the ‘J’ shaped arm and I had to special order it. Note- Be aware the top of the water column pipe should be stable and anchored in the appropriate manner.

This is a very nice, heavy, and nicely finished piece and it should be for the price. A big CAUTION however - the description doesn't mention this but the threads on this piece are straight iron pipe threads an NOT NPT tapered fitting threads, so it will not work threaded into a standard NPT fitting. Nor will it work with and NPT threaded shower head, which includes just about all of them. I will be sending it back because of this.

The curve and angle for the shower head achieved the direction that was needed for our shower door. It was a little pricey for the pipe.

Item arrived as expected, installation was straightforward.

I had the regular arm installed and it was very short and every time I closed the water it was dripping straight down on the spout and splashing it everywhere with this new arm I can get under the running water without moving the shower head and it works just fine.

This shower arm was exactly what we expected. It has a good finish and look. It also has a little bit of a rise from the wall which is nice to create more headroom under the shower for taller people.

Ordered shower arm online and thread was defective and would not screw into Moen showerhead. Returned to store for refund and ordered again and had same problem

Easy to install, recommend using it with the Moen Eco Velocity Shower Head.

Price was comparable to other vendors, just seems high for what you get.

This showerhead arm arrived very promptly at out local Home Depot. It went downhill from there. The plumber hired for our bathroom renovation tried to use it with the other Moen products in our shower. The construction of the piece was terrible . The screw threads of the arm were improperly milled. We could not use the arm at all, even with the plumber trying his best to make it work. Terrible product offered by Moen.

The shower arm has a great finish and is a good quality product.

Got here in plenty of time for my installation. Home Depot does a good job on that front. Wished there would have been a cheaper alternative.
