You must replace the batteries every month! It’s a pain in the … to replace batteries under a sink every month there is no way to over ride the function of “non-touch less” it wasn’t worth the money and costs about $7 a month on batteries

This faucet works fine but I have noticed premature wear on a sparingly used faucet. I would like Moen to replace the head free of charge. This is a premium line, and I did not expect low quality anywhere on this product.

The faucet looks good. The no touch option is great. However, the smart faucet will not stay connected to wifi. Immediately disconnects after setting up on 5g and 2.4 networks. Very frustrating

This replaced the hands free version which did not work to my expectations. I love this one! I couldn’t be happier. It’s smooth and the water flow is perfect at any setting. Moen makes a great product and stands by them.

The faucet looks great and once you get the hang of the non-touch feature, it's really easy to use.

Brand new faucet installed by a licensed plumber two weeks ago. Water was discovered under the sink and plumber determined that leak was from the connector that connects the sprayer hose to the main water hose coming out of the faucet body. Waiting over 2 hours for customer service to call me back.

Contractor provided the faucet as part of kitchen upgrade... Similar to previous faucet. Takes a while to figure out that settings hot/cold, on/off etc.

This faucet works great, both with hands free and voice commands thru Alexa. The onlyproblem I have is that the hot temperature cannot go above 120° F. I understand that antiscald is an issue but most antiscald devices allow override after acknowledging the hazard. That rs not a deal-breaker but inconvenient.

This faucet needs softer areation to prevent splashing when water hits sink bottom. Also pull out hose should extend further out

The faucet works as great as advertised! Having a HomeDepot contract plumber was also a good decision.

Moen faucet looks good and works very well

Easy to install, looks nice, works well. (If your water is fairly hard, it spots pretty easily on the chrome finish.)

Do NOT buy this faucet. Any decent smart-faucet defaults to either handle-position or last-known state for flow-rate. Even manually, the water-pressure cannot be changed while having a moderately warm temperature. Creating a preset (50% flow-rate) via the app does not work. After paying a plumber to install this device in a new kitchen, I now have to pay them to remove it and install a new faucet. Is Moen going to cover these costs? MOEN: contact me for any resolutions / solutions.

It is too difficult to contro flow. It sprays water all over the area.

Our contractor recommended this for our upstairs when we built our home in 2020,. We loved it, and when we finished the basement in 2022, we put it downstairs as well.

I am on my second faucet, I like the look but the head needs to be replaced frequently! Also, it does not have the Water pressure I am used to!

This faucet is a huge improvement to the one it replaced. The design and the brushed stainless finish look very stylish and modern on my counter. I opted not to get a "smart faucet" as I wanted something simple to use without having to depend on technology. The flow of water is good under both the stream and spray options. I also have the "power boost" option --- this feature does increase the flow but the button only works to turn the power boost "on". To turn the power boost off you need to turn the water off. This isn't a problem but something to be aware of so you don't keep pushing the button to turn it back off and think it isn't working. Installation wasn't too complicated other than the fact I have a deep sink and the space is pretty tight to work in. Moen does supply an "installation tool" to help tighten the mounting nut. Unfortunately, it is plastic and mine split while using it. The hose weight that came with the faucet was ok but didn't seem to pull the faucet head (spray wand) back up to the faucet body as snugly as I wanted it. I fixed this by adding the weight from my old faucet. Overall, I am very happy with this faucet. I have purchased Moen products for all my faucets and you can't beat the customer service.

This is a terrific faucet and it's awesome that you get such a terrific guarantee - I had a faucet that I loved but it became clogged due to hard water, no parts, no guarantee and twice the price.

My kitchen faucet was leaking and unrepairable. I purchased the Moen, which was a new style for our kitchen and it looks great and functions beautifully.

I bought one of these faucets, paid a plumber to install it, and it leaked. Clearly not the plumber’s fault since it leaked from the spout. I returned it and got another of the same faucet. Paid a plumber again. This one drips from the spout. I am very, very frustrated

I am very pleased with the Moe’s kitchen faucet. It is everything as advertised, and I look forward to many years of use.
