Plumber installed new Roman tub faucet today. Such a difference in looks and function! Now we can actually use the tub without waiting forever to fill it.

Beautiful, but old one was MOEN so he told me get MOEN so will fit valve. Now handles won't fit, missing some plastic pieces to make them work with old valves. My 2 week nightmare, Moen doesn't have on line, Home Depot doesn't have on line, so hoping my plumber can find somewhere. (Other than that this is a beautiful piece and I would purchase again.) Just beware when purchase, you may need the valve kit (which is sold out on HD.)

needed additional part, called Moen and they mailed it to me. All is working and looks great.

Easy to install, with clear instructions. Would have liked longer sweat joints, they were only about 1/4". MUCH better than the POS Delta faucet it replaced, absolutely worth the $50 difference In price.

Just beautiful. Shame towel bars and ring, and tissue holder did not match. Mostly Black.

Works great right out of the box!

i am NOT a plumber so this was a major undertaking for me. The directions were so-so but I got on the Moen Web site and got some real good information. I had to call a plumber today because I just could not stop the leaks when sweating the joints together.

Being that I already had an old Moen fawcet and did want to change the existing plumbing I went with this one. But I did see other brands with better designs. Do not like the water output too much. Not really enough that is because the body of the fawcet. It is ok

Replaced my 20 year old chrome trim kit with this model. Installation was easy (also replaced the valve). Looks really nice and fits now to all other faucets in the bathroom.

The handle kit is completely plastic and will strip out after a year. One of those products that looks good from 5 feet away. I would pay the extra money for Kohler.
