Looks nice but the narrow stream of water splashes when on high. If I could lock it on the the wider stream that comes out when using button one the pull out park of the facet.

We love it! Looks great with our new granite. Only difficulty we had with installation (and it wasn't fault of the faucet) is we decided we installed an undermount sink and it dropped the piping lower than before so we had to make adjustments to get the connection to match up with DW and GBD.

We have only had this product a week, but are very happy with it. A minor complaint is that the water pressure is high, and it sometimes splatters water outside the sink. It could be because it sits up high, and we have a very deep sink.

Be aware that this faucet...although nice..is smaller in bulk than most. The head with sprayer is a small pull out. The sprayer does not stay on...you have to hold down a button on the head to keep spray function. Nice ...good quality...just small for my larger farmsink.

I owned this faucet at my last home and it never let me down! Now we are remodeling our lake home and hands down had to have it again!

Moen has wonderful customer support. The cartridge nut was over tightened at the factory. So eventually it will leak.

This faucet looks and works great! I bought a different "pull-down" (Delta) faucet and had to return it because the hose kinked, stopping the water flow, and the temp adjustment was way too sensitive. Then I bought this Moen (above) and love it!

We installed a bar sink and this faucet was the best one, because it extends out from the back the least distance. The pull-down sprayer works great (hose doesn't crimp like the first faucet we tried) and it's beautiful. So we bought 2 - one for a second small sink!

The quality of the faucet is excellent, but because of the angle of the spray the water splashes onto the backsplash. A minor inconvenience and I will probibably change it out in 6 to 7 months with one that hangs deeper over the sink or angles slightly away from the backsplash.

I like the look and size of the faucet. The true test will be to see how it holds up.

Reflex capability works well. Very pretty and contemporary. I had a plumber install this so I can't speak to the ease of installation. I have had it for 6 months and have no issues.

Looks even better in place than in the picture, and works beautifully. Easily installed.

Installation instructions need to be improved. I was confused regarding the 2 large installation nuts. Otherwise, very nice.

It is not what I expected. I wanted one with a deckplate, which is what I thought I ordered. I also do not like that the elbow is to sharp. I am used to one that the water extends more to the center of the sink.

There were no surprises and the quality of the product were as typically expected with your finely engineered and designed products. I purposefully choose Moen products for 3 homes, of which two are rental properties. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Moen's commitment to quality and customer service, which I have freely utilized many times over many years.
