I was looking for weather stripping for the front door but Home Depot said this was all they had. How could that be with 100 doors in this section. Nothing but weather stripping for windows? Absurd.

There is just a picture and so purchased many items. This looks like the weather stripping I bought. I used it to insulate an indoor closet door that has always had extreme air flow around it. I’m guessing there is no insulation in the closet itself. I think this was just a tad too thick but Home Depot had limited selection and the others were too thin. I have to push hard to latch the door but there is absolutely zero air flow around the door now and I can already tell that the heater isn’t kicking on as often and the living and dining room feel warmer all the time. I highly recommend this product and I intend to get more for my garage door interior.

Too thick for my windows. Could not lock the window shut.

Worked as expected above entry door. It was placed directly on the top edge of the door. I thought I needed another 1/8 of an inch but this worked to fill in an almost 1/2 gap at the top of my door due to door sagging and not making contact with existing v-type weather stripping.

Will not stick , we cleaned with alcohol let dry no good!

Jesse is the greatest!!!!! I’ve cried hard to him re: trying to fix doors and windows that let cold in. He suggested the white tape for the window. I hired a delight man to do it. I also did some myself!!!!!! He also had me buy some black foam that expands when it is on. The man helped with that too. Whatever I need from now on I’ll go to Jesse or Zaad for help. I was at the store recently for a furnace filter. No idea of size I needed or even where the furnace filter was located. I went home called the air conditioner/furnace Company that put it in. Talked to the sweetest woman that looked up what I have AND I have a boiler!!!! I don’t need a furnace filter.

Sub contractor was not pleasant to deal with.

Worked better than several other forms of insulation

This product was used to close a large door jam gap on an old door with a metal fluted spring seal. I put end-wise on the door stop and edge-wise (behind the fluting), which made an "L" shaped seal on the door jam. The reason it was needed was because the fluted metal was cut out to put new door locks on and it left a pneumonia hole whistling wind in the door. The thermostat is based on kitchen temperature so the cold air made the furnace run extra hard and made the rest of the house very warm. Seal did a great job sealing the door gap, thus making the kitchen innately warmer and the thermostat not blasting the rest of the house. Awesome product!
