Simplistic design, excellent ergonomics. I have put these in all of my bathrooms bathrooms replacing my manual turn timers. They are quiet and give me the flexibility of having a set time per use or I can increase time on individual uses as well. Being a smart switch, you will need to hook up your used neutral wire to activate always on mode.

I have purchased a total of five of the switches. I have four that have failed from as soon as two weeks to as long as eight months.

I love these Timers Installed on all three exhaust Fans Very Stylish & adjustable from 5-60 minutes.

Lutron motion activated and countdown timer switches are a great upgrade to closets, garage, bathrooms, furnace room, storage room and basement stairway.

I’ve had this for less than a month, but I really like being able to turn the fan off, but not have it run more than the allotted amount of time that I sent.

This is my go-to timer switch for the panasonic bath vent fans. The panasonic fans are super quiet, so it is good to put them on timers, otherwise you always forget to turn them off. They are reasonably priced and good quality and hold up well. Intuitive to use. The two-pack at Home depot is a good value.

This is a great product, we have one in each bathroom to control the fan. It is easy to adjust the time, or simply press twice to turn on for a shower, and afterwards easy to set the time until turn-off.

Great for bathroom vents. You can time the vent for a specific duration and not worry about it. The orange lights that show the time will let you know how much time is left. Near the end of the timer it does a quick off/on to let you know the end is near. Nothing like saving electricity and not worrying about a vent that’s left on. I actually figured out average time needed to vent specific the shower and other issues ?

Easy to install, works great! The programmable time periods are really nice!

I purchased a house a few years ago that had one of these on the pantry; 2 years of ownership in the switch needed to be replaced because it stopped working. I purchased 1, it didn't work. I returned to the store and purchased another... It also didn't work. I returned to the store and purchased 3 more. The 4th switch worked..... For 9 months. Today I went back to Home Depot and purchased MORE of these switches and NONE of them work. I'm a Journeyman Electrician who does Cathodic Protection on industrial sites and while I only do residential work in my own home I have replaced every toggle switch with either rockers or push button with zero issues and mine is not the only review with this issue so this is clearly a problem with the quality control of this product.

Improved the house by limiting fan use but helping fan use to an appropriate amount thus saving energy!

Might work if you buy the other device. Needs it's own 3way for the other location, doesn't tell you that on outside of clamshell box, have to cut open to look at instructions inside. So if you buy one of these and its taped closed that's mine LOL, still works But make sure you buy the additional device, CAN'T USE a regular 3way toggle switch

Like the ease of selecting the desired time, also the 1 minute end of time notice when it stops and restarts the fan for 1 minute.

Excellent timer switch.

Great product. Once installed, worked beautifully. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it was a returned, previously opened package and Home Depot did a terrible job of ensuring all parts were still in the package. Caveat emptor.

Not yet installed. Turned out I needed an electrician. I'm waiting until there is another need to have someone come out

These units fry easily. Simple power surges or nearby lining strikes - not entering wiring. Just the electromagnetic pulse fried several of these in the house. Didn’t trip any surge protectors. Device needs better interference suppression!!

Excellent product; however the rating is “poor” due to the high price of $37

Works great has plenty of setting options. Also was easy to install.
