The monitor would freeze frame and there was no movement as to who was at the home, so that part doesn't help when you're trying to catch someone doing something. The camera's aren't weather resistant, so after a couple of months, one of the camera's no longer worked. Too much money for product

I find the lorex surveillance cameras and monitor very consistent exept for the mounting part I had an issue the screw seems to big to fit right couldn't tighten it other than that is good

I have purchased four Lorex products in the past. I love their products. Getting them off of their website is impossible. They advertise great deals but nothing is available. It's all sold out, all the time. Luckily The Home Depot had their product available. I expect to get five years out of this one like my others.

Monitor begin to show a double picture. System was bought in 2015 now system is no longer in production. No help from company also bought the extended warrenty

Could not set motion low enough, it would record with no motion. Also camera was not usable outside - must be under eave to protect from rain. Will try a different brand.

Waste of money for what you need a security camera for. It didn't meet our needs because the video files it produces can't be given over to the police. In order to view the video files on a PC you have to download a special program to view the files. The police don't have this capability, and we have given video and still photos to the police before which they have identified the people in them. These files then become part of the police report and the investigation, but the files this product produces can't be seen on a PC because it is an Apple based product. Do not buy it!!!

Bought these for residential, worked great for about just under 2 years the monitor went out it would not record or play back, called lorex said system is out of date says you can't mix cameras with any of the other systems has to be same model number to work, so I think its junk and ridiculous that you can't mix and match if something goes wrong with one item in your system and now I'm being forced to buy a whole new system monitor cameras and all just not worth it if it will fail every 2 years I'm gonna buy a better more reliable brand. Not Lorex!

i was very disappointed in this product. The range is not what i thought it would be. Its very unclear. We are going to have to install a third camera closer to area we need monitored just to get a clear picture. No i would not recommend this product.

IT A WASTE OF MONEY. THE PICTURE ARE SO BLUR AND WORST AT NIGHT. THIS IS THE TYPE OF CAMERA THAT CRIMINALS LAUGH AT WHEN THEY COMMIT A CRIME. THIS CAMERA REMIND ME OF 7 ELEVEN STORES. IT HARD TO RECOGNIZE HUMAN FACES

Cameras stop working and Customer Service and tech support are no help. Look for something else!

I bought my Lorex Wireless system over a year ago. It has turned out to be totally unreliable as it sporadically fails for no reason. The video freezes and you have no playback, just a picture, failing to record any action that you needed to see. By the way, this is the replacement monitor for the original system. Both did the same thing and fail at the worst possible times. ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE. If you want a security system that you can depend on, GET SOMETHING ELSE!

I bought this product believing it would be an easily to set up, priority-safe security system designed to protect my home and myself. Instead, I bought a nightmare that, after 5 days scouring the net for information on how to make the monitor work, 5 times calling tech support with 1/2-45 min wait (in my time zone 4 hrs behind, up at 3:30 a.m.), with no one picking up, I was done with Lorex. They certainly liked my money though, ignored any questions for help of any sort (including online FAQ's) in how to make the monitor function. Their you tube videos was most all about promotion with no light in sight to help me make the model I bought (LW 2742) work. I bought from Home Depot due to their spotless record locally and their 90 day guaranteed (I returned it within 2 wks). The one bright spot with Lorex was an exceptionally kind and patient salesman that tried to help me out. But it cost me one heck of chunk of 5 hours of my Sat time & still there simply was no way this product was going to do what Lorex said it would. As a punch line, they contacted me no less than 5 times "because we're here to help & want you to be happy" DURING my work time-which I specifically stated was not feasible for so many obvious reasons, 5 a.m. yes-11 a.m. no.. NOW they want to talk to me. Days after I returned their security system. My advice: stay with Home Depot-they rock. But run like heck from Lorex. They absolutely, positively, do not care one iota.

the only thing I don't like is that it makes a funny noise ever time it goes to a double picture--also every time I call to try to find out how to get rid of the noise ---can't get thru to talk to anyone-- other than that no complaints

This system is a low end however for the money you pay, it's a great value.

I ordered this set to replace the ones we had since a bad hail storm in May that hit them. I looked at other sets but they were cheaply made. Home Depot had a better price on this set than the ones on the Lorex site. I hope this set lasts as the ones these replaced

So far the camera has been working very well and installation was easy. If things continue I will be very satisfied.

returned this defective system, could not trouble shoot it even with an expert IT individual. wasted three hours of my time. the only good part was returning it without any problems.

The system was perfect for me it could have supplied more cameras for the money and it should have been completely wireless as it said but overall I love this system . It's a easy set up everyone should own one

Not truly wireless it has a power cord which u must think about before installing

I didn't like Uniden and thought this would be better. I was wrong.

I really like these cameras you can see everything very clear outside and even something's at night. The only thing that is a down fal is the sd card because it fill up too fast even when you change the settings.
