Product: Good; Assembly: Not So Good
I wasn't given any instructions so I had to go on Home Depot to grab the pdf & follow along there. Assembly's not too bad til you get to drilling the bolts into the lid. It's not impossible, but it's more difficult and time consuming than I thought it'd be.
Other than that, the product itself feels sturdy and is currently being utilized as intended: protective storage for my outdoors. I do recommend this product, but just know going in that it will take more elbow grease than you think it will.

Very sturdy, directions are a little weak but fairly simple to put together with the right tools....
Very sturdy, directions are a little weak but fairly simple to put together with the right tools. Bought it for a well pump house. Had to cut a section out of the bottom to fit over the pump but even with a section out of the bottom the frame was still sturdy. Works great for the use intended.

Very difficult to assemble. I called the support line. The CSR got frustrated with my questions said “Oh my god” and the line went dead. I returned the product.!

This deck box was the perfect size to fit under a staircase to my deck. It’s roomy and very waterproof. We also like having ability to lock if needed. Perfect for storing some chairs and outdoor sports equipment.

Solid good looking box. A little hard to get the pre molded walls and floor to fit properly. Took some adjustment with a rubber coated hammer. Good value.

Functional but Frustrating to Build
The assembly is pretty frustration and time consuming. Since the part are plastic there is high variability in the dimensions and quality. Many of the plastic pieces were slightly off making assembly pretty difficult. The worst is when putting the long sides into the bottom it does not go as smooth as direction make it seem. Once assembled the product is solid and will work great.

Great if you….
A very nice sturdy box. We are using ours for deliveries. If you want assembly to go well you’ve got to do two things. First, trim off all the plastic flash with a utility knife along the molding part lines. If you don’t, it is almost impossible to mate the parts. The other thing is to enlarge the hinge bracket holes to 1/4” with a drill. For some reason half the holes are not round and this makes them undersized for the bolts. Be careful to not tighten the screws!

Issue with box lid
Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the box lid after about a week assembling and using this particular box. I immediately notified Lifetime customer service and the response was timely and appropriately handled! I couldn’t be more satisfied with this company! The products are amazing and we will only purchase this type of storage box from this company! We already have now 3 of these boxes, and if we were allowed to have a storage building we would likely order that as well!

A nice box, once you get it together. I had to file some plastic off the bottom tabs so they would go together properly into the bottom piece so that is why only 4 stars instead of 5. Once together, and it wasn't very easy, the box is very nice. Only time will tell as far as how the box will hold up.
