I saw the hunter green picnic table online, ordered it, and requested it be shipped to my local Home Depot. When it came in, I went to pick it up, and I opened the shipping box at the store to make sure the table was in good condition before I brought it home. To my surprise, the color was black, NOT hunter green. The black color would have soaked up so much heat from the sun that it would have been too hot to sit on! I told the attendant that I would not accept the table, and asked for my money back, which the attendant promptly refunded. Buyers beware!!

really like the product but have issues with it

The shipping box had been damaged with large holes in it, plastic parts missing . Reported it and parts arrived in about a week. Appears to be a nice table and was easy to put together.

The table was easy enough for my daughter and I to assemble in a couple of hours. Some of the assembly could have had more explicit instructions, but we managed to figure it out. The table assembled is somewhat wobbly due to the joint from the table top to the leg assembly, this will have to be reinforced. Otherwise, a good table for the money.

I bought my picnic table(s) a number of years ago. We have two and one side table that we used near the BBQ pit when serving. They are tough made products. Comfortable and easy to fold up and put away when not in use. We lived in Florida a number of years and in preparation for hurricanes it was nice to quickly fold them up and garage them. They've certainly been the answer to our backyard hosting of events.

built tough and easy to store.i have another one iv had for five years and iv walked on top of it a hundred times ,still going strong.

I had a 6 ft picnic table that was slowly falling apart because of weathering. I called to see if I could get replacement parts for the bench seats and table top. They no longer carried those parts and told me they would replace the table with a brand new one. Very much appreciated and great customer service. Would buy from again in the future with that much support. AAA+++

Lost the cap to the picnic table when we took it out for the umbrella. Could not find it anywhere. Emailed Lifetime to see if we could get a new one to replace. A prompt email back saying they could replace it was wonderful! We had a new cap within 5 business days. Thanks so much!

Had a problem with picnic table, contacted lifetime, filed warranty form and a week later they took care of problem, excellent service, I will continue to purchase lifetime for the rest of my lifetime, thank you

Lifetime Exceeded my expections. They process my warranty parts during a supply shortage. I understand I'll have to wait but am confident this company will get me my warranty parts.

I just finished putting the table together and noticed afterwards that the corner of the table is dented in and damaged. Worse than that, the table is very cheap feeling and wobbly. I bought this for outside of my classroom, but I don't foresee it lasting long with kids. I'm trying to decide whether I should spend the time taking it apart and getting a replacement or just returning it for a refund.

Bought a picnic table and the top was crushed one on end. Tried taking back to store with no luck. Called customer service. With in a week they were processing and sending me out new one. The person I worked with was absolutely fabulous, so kind and understanding. He was in contacts with me the whole week well they were taking care of things. Making sure I understood what was happening and to ensure me that I would get a replacement. Wish other companies would have customer service like lifetime has I will defiantly buy other lifetime products. I haven't received new table yet but I will review that when I get it. We bought this table 2 years ago and we just love it. At the end of the season it easily folds up and we store it in our barn. It wipes clean. Last nite 3 big guys sat on one side, nobody on the other, never tipped.!

I’m so happy that I made that call today because I was blessed to be connected to a beautiful soul by the name of Shannon. She was soft spoken, and I could hear her smiling as we spoke regarding my issues. Shannon asked me some specific questions regarding the product and waited patiently as I took pictures and emailed them to her. She wanted to ensure that she was the person who handled my matter from the beginning to the end, and I was grateful for that. She was very patient as I took the pictures and she waited to ensure that she received each email with the photos. She knew how important it was to me that she was the person that I finalized this matter with. Shannon should be placed on the Employee of the Month list because she proved that she has what it takes to be an excellent customer service representative. When there was a sunny March day I took the unassembled table out of the box and everything was workable. So overall I'm satisfied with the quality of the table.

I've had this for 3 years now and love it. This spring I noticed 2 of the snap buttons were damaged/broken. I called the customer support number and they were solo helpful. They are sending me new snap buttons.

We bought a Lifetime picnic table over 25 years ago. It has been sitting outside in our yard the whole time. It still looks and works great. Perhaps they were better made years ago, but we want to get one for our son. Unfortunately, they are hard to find.

I rate this average because the table is shaking every time you move or seat I know this table is folded but it should more sturdy on the locking system in a period of time this will break because it’s not sturdy enough but the materials like plastic and metal is very strong over all it’s a good table
