Great Shed, we actually made it into a Spa Shack, put our jacuzzi in it so we can use it more when the weather is inclement. Worked Great for our need and at a reasonable price.

Inspite of reading user guide multiple times, watching video half dozen times and 8 grueling hours, i was unable to complete the install. I should have stuck with what i know best and built a wood shed in less time.

The shed is nice big enough for what I need! Wasn’t happy with doors but made them work!! Move the back window to the side no reason to have a window in the back, shed are usually at the back of the yard! Overall good purchase!

Bought this shed made the base to the actual measurements per instructions and had to add an additional 2x4 t base so floor sat flat with no overhang. To make the door level had to shim almost 1” this is going to cause issues with the floor. Not happy at all. For the cost of the shed I expect it to sit flush with the base.

Bought this shed and since I am 72 decided to to use HD Pro services, What a joke. I got 4 quotes and picked one. Wish I hadn't. They came and started with the foundation the the shed. I knew I was in trouble when I saw them trying to put the door with window section on the back. they corrected it. They left the film on the windows and sky lights and calked them in. Not good the film needed to be removed from both sides before installing. After it was done it looked nice but I had issues with the doors and latching them I also had leaks from the sky lights. The installer was not happy he had to come back. Now that we have had more rain I have found leaks in the back at the bottom. And the entrance which is not correct is also letting water in. See picture. I have tried reaching out to the installer but he or Pro Services have returned my calls or email. Yes I screwed up paying him before all issues were corrected. The shed is nice and I like it I just want it done correctly and professionally. The last time I did talk to the installer he said I put it together just as it said and he is done. Apparently no followup or anything. Since these people are not HD or Pro service employess but independent contractors you are on your own. I would not recommend Pro Sevrice and now I will not even recommend HD How Sad

This is a good shed. It looks very nice and will hopefully withstand the Florida summers for quite some time. FYI, HDPE is one of the better plastics that can withstand degradation from sunlight. I did place it in a more shaded location in my backyard on a 2x6 base construction so this should help. Overall, the assembly process is not too bad with one exception... the doors. I managed to assemble the shed by myself in one day but utilized some ratchet straps to hold things in place. I also mounted the first end roofing components prior to the metal support bars so that the bars could be attached to the panels. The doors were my biggest challenge. I would suggest partially mounting the gable roof panel prior to the door installation step so that you can use that panel to hold the front gable in place. As a mechanical designer I would have attached the door mounting differently to allow for the installation of doors in a final step and not midway through the process. The only other issue I see is minimal boss material for screw attachment into plastic panels. If you are not careful, you can strip the plastic holes. The final product looks good and has plenty of storage for my needs. It's cheaper and needs no paint like a wood shed and will not rust like a metal one but time will tell about water intrusion and plastic degradation. I would suggest this purchase for those who prefer something that looks pleasant without the extra maintenance that wood or metal sheds require. Should you get it? Yes, unless you want a work shed that needs to be customized to your needs. Wood will also allow for addition of storage cabinets without the need for framework. A call to customer service was required since one part suffered shipping damage and two wall caps were missing. However, I must say that this was the best customer service I have ever dealt with in a long time. Kudos to those who assisted me.

This shed was complicated to put together. We hired someone to do it. It gets exceptionally hot inside and existing vents don’t seem to do much. Would be nice to have windows that open. The doors are finicky to close. It’s a nice size though and holds what’s needed

Just finished assembly, everything fit perfectly. 0 quality issues. Instructions were sub par. Storing a 0-turn mower so base was important as it is very heavy. Used treated 2x6” for the wood base. I actually assembled it by myself with a little creativity and Jorgensen type clamps. I’m 72.

I contacted Lifetime to order replacement roof parts and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were still available. They arrived at my front door 1 week later at no charge for the parts or for the shipping. That kind of service is amazing for a 10 year old product.

So far so good. If the platform or ground is level you will have no problems. Definitely time consuming project but definitely worth it

Easy to put together in about 2 hours and only two people needed to start sides and help with roofing. Spacious, comes with shelving and we like it more than our last one that lasted 6 years before we moved away. No leaks.

I bought this shed from homebase in the uk. The shed came in 2 large boxes. We undid the boxes and everything was there labelled correctly the instructions were so easy to follow w had it up in 2 days. The shed is well worth the money and when the shed was up it is sturdy and very well built.

We love this shed. Was easy to assemble, lots of room. I like that both doors are easy open. The handle makes it easy to open with just one hand. We built a wooden base for it to sit on top of. But overall I am very happy with my purchase.

This shed was perfect. It has a great design and the 2 doors make it convenient for accessing our garden tools. The skylights ensure you can see everything even with the doors closed.

I have the 60001 model with two sets of doors and a window that opens on the back 10 ft side. I would like to point out that my shed is installed on the end of a 10X18 deck that is about a foot off the ground. One set of doors at the end of the shed and deck makes it easy to enter an use. Also of importance is the fact that at the opposite end of the shed there are two small access ports at approximately 6 ft. high. These two ports are made to use at entry points for electric lines. Nothing is said in the info about them but they work really well for that access.

I was hesitant to purchase the Lifetime 10 Ft. x 8 Ft. Outdoor Storage Shed several years ago, but the price was right and I took the plunge. I was concerned about assembly and durability of a vinyl product. The fact is there is a great deal of internal steel support inside the panels. Assembly is complex due to the number of fasteners involved and detailed instructions that must be followed precisely. If you are not a skilled craftsman, you may wish to draft someone who is. As with any shed or structure, preparation of the foundation is critical. I excavated about eight inches of soil matching the shed's footprint, used a layer of crushed rock, then pressure treated timber and a plywood subfloor. The shed was then secured to the subfloor as called for in the instructions. After assembly, I was concerned with regard to water tightness and ability to withstand Oklahoma winds. Neither has been a challenge. After years of sun and weather exposure, there are no signs of fading or a single crack. That has been a shock after enduring many storms. It is a very impressive experience. Currently, I'm considering expanding the shed with one or two of the 30" extensions. It would have been much easier had I done it up front, but chalk it up to lessons learned. Additional space is the only thing I could ask for and that may be soon addressed. I had occasion to contact customer support, because I had stored the shed package improperly and heat fused the protective sheathing to the window and skylights. They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and solved my issue chop-chop. This was after I owned the shed unassembled for a couple of years. That's amazing customer service and product support. I've never experienced better. I would buy another unit without hesitation and will probably build one for my grandkids to use as a playhouse/fort.

They installation wasn't completed until July with wrong parts in package and Go Configure contractor sending bad crews who didn't know what they were doing. Now, three months later and the first big storm in the area and the shed blows over and is destroyed because they didn't use long enough anchor screws into the platform. Shed slid off platform until two corners were unsupported and then the whole thing twisted and collapsed. It also took out all the metal racking I had installed inside. I have included a picture of the screws in the base. Hoping to get some response to this that they will make it right.

Nice shed. It took 2 days to put it all together, for the most part it went together easy, the roof needed some work to put in place and align properly. The roof dome is a great idea, it brings in lots of light, no need to add lightning. I bought the shed at the beginning of spring. I have not experienced any weather issues with it, it does not leak, and the wind is not an issue. I have not experienced the winter yet.

I bought it via homedepot with good price and fair time to delivery. however, the flooring got misalignment. I have to call the services to replace. The customer agent turned around it and fixed it. I get the replacement in 3 weeks. overall, the shed quality is alright and easy to assembly with a little time watching video, which is expected. the customer services is great. 2 parts not doing great (1) pay attention on QC. the first day I almost finished it and found out the floor is a deal breaker. I have to manually put everything back to my house and wait for another 3 weeks. the experience is not great at all. (2) the door lock (upper and lower) is hard to move. maybe this is a older version of shed (that one door only)? I watched some video, it seems like they have better hardware. Kudo to the customer agent turned around. otherwise, i will rate for 1 star :).

I have had the lifetime garden shed for a month now and i am quite happy with it. The directions were very easy to follow. I liked how everything went together , not much chance of water leaking in. I put 90% of it together myself but wouldve been better with second set of hands. I built 2- 24 " shelves down down the sides to take advantage of the height of the shed and i cant beleice how much i have stored in it. Definitely recommended this product.

During a particularly severe winter the roof on my 2-year old shed collapsed. I contacted Lifetime and without hassle was provided with the required replacement parts plus the stiffening hardware to protect against a recurrence. The shipping charges were a little high but reasonable compared to buying a replacement shed. Once again all the parts that I needed were included.

The installation went smoothly on a LEVEL surface. Any questions we had prior to starting the installation were answered promptly and clearly. As suggested, we read the manual prior to installation and followed it religiously as well as pre-assembly. Two extensions were added to make it 15ft x 8ft. The opening window panel was installed on the 8ft wall, opposite the side entry. We also installed a snow load kit for a 15ft x 8ft shed since we live in Northern Ontario. The intent of the shed is a SHE shed for the spring and summer months and storage for all our outdoor furniture/decor over the winter months. A quick clean up next spring and we're ready to go again. All decor items on walls were attached using outdoor strength hook and loop tape or hooks, no additional holes were made as we wanted to maintain the warranty. Zippered screen "doors" were created and also attached using strong hook and loop tape. It's been 6 weeks since completion and we are very pleased. Comments from others have been positive and we do recommend the shed.

I would love to give a five star rating, but the installation was just too complicated for that.having the part numbers in the installation manual mats to actual part numbers on the parts, would be greatly beneficial. The QRC's listed in the manual that link to lifetime videos are very helpful, but definitely viewing all the videos available online from other people who assembled the shed, is highly recommended.

Difficult to assemble. Instructions are not clear in some areas. It would help if the instructions gave more information during some of the steps in the assembly process. In some cases the drawing, which are just sketches are very hard to understand. A photograph would have been helpful. the U-tube videos are good but again they brush over areas of assembly that need more explanation. When the front gable was assembled with the doors, there was nothing to hold them in place while the rear roof panels were installed. We used rope. Need to change the sequence of the steps so that the front doors don't come crashing down on someone's head. It took my wife and I over 20 hours to put it together. Now that the assembly is finished it looks great, however, I would not recommend doing the assembly unless you are pretty experienced at this kind of work.

I like these plastic sheds in our wet environment. They stay dry and don't provide a p[ace for vermin to hide when put on a solid base. At ground level there is no ramps to mow around making maintenance much easier Note: having a firm level surface makes assembly go much easier.

The shed went together this some pushing and shoving. This is my second one so I knew what to expect. I did not trust the water proofing around the skylights and windows so I added my own caulking on them. I did leak some before I added the caulk.

Good product. Instruction good, can improve. Must be TWO-person installation.

I bought the 8× 10 Lifetime Shed last month. My wife and I put it up in 3 days, as we are in our 60's and did a portion each day, taking our time. If you follow directions exactly as the order suggests, and add a little " lifetime shed , you tube videos" it made it alot easier. We called the 800# one time and the gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the finished product. It meets our expectations and looks great in our back yard.
