This is not the same knob. But I used the same number from the order I used before. The is the second set of knobs. Now I have to send these back

I never saw anything in the online description stating that these nickel satin cabinet knobs were hollow on the inside. Usually knobs are solid throughout. I was disappointed after receiving my package of 50 knobs to realize how light (weight wise) the package was. But I must say that the package I received stated on it that these were hollow knobs. The online description and the package you receive should have the same description. Shame on Home Depot for not doing a better job of reviewing their online products with the actual product....

It was a bargain as far as pricing. The cabinet knobs were not as solid as I would have liked.

Difficult to order from website. When looking at receipt, there are no item numbers. I wanted to order the same item another time, and had to search and search to locate it again. The order suggestions are a nuisance - The suggestions run into the current order, and hard to tell what's what! I will not be ordering from your website again. It was very frustrating!! Please make it easier.
