I think the covers were well made and a good...
I think the covers were well made and a good brushed antique color. Some antique brass covers tend to vary in color, these matched my other knobs and hinges. They were a nice change for the kitchen.

I have ordered and received 20+ of these wall plates in various designs. While I like the wall plate, the screws that are provided DO NOT WORK!! The first 10 or so plates that I bought had .75 inch 6-32 screws which were too long. The second batch that I ordered had 6-32 screws that were so short they won't screw in ... they just fall out. Now I have all of these plates and not enough screws. My electrician cut down the .75 long screws to .50 and that worked bu the very short ones that were sent by Hampton Bay are just too short. And, guess what? You cannot buy them separately ... not even the .75 which my electrician could cut down. I cannot find them anywhere ... even on this website ... they are listed as unavailable ... in store or on line. Therefore, I would NEVER recommend ANY Hampton Bay product. Let's face it ... all screws used for wall plates should be a standard size ... that is what my electrician says ... this is not rocket science. If Hampton Bay cannot supply the appropriate sized screws for its wall plates ... ??? So, I guess I'll just use whatever I can find which will look awful!! So much for "decorative" wall plates. Might as well put up plastic plates.

brass, similar to other wall plates on display at your Southington, CT store. These are so different than what antique brass
looks like that I cannot accept this is an ordinary product deviation. I would never have bought these two (of the three) if
I actually saw them at your store.
