Item works well, as expected. Use in basement entry from garage as it's often dark.

The Leviton 15-amp 3-way toggle switch in ivory is used to control lighting from 2 switch locations. This is a very common switch used in many homes. I have a number of 3-way switches in my home. These are very easy to connect with the quick-wire push-in and side screw connections. I wanted to change some switches in the kitchen and hallway that that were acting up. I was happy that this switch was so east to install.

This product was easy to find in the store, easy to install and overall the white bright color looks great and makes the house look updated and fresh!!

This is a 3-way switch. It is used when you want to control one light (or fan or other electrical device) with 2 switches. An example would be, you have a light switch at the top of your stairs and another at the bottom of your stairs where both switches are controlling a single light (the light can be turned "on" or "off" from either location). You can even add more switches to control that one light. When using multiple switches, you will always use two 3-way switches at the beginning and end of the loop, and then, for each additional switch, you will add 4-way switches. There is conceivably no limit to the number of additional 4-way switches you could add to the middle of the loop. To add more switches, you would add additional 4-ways hooked up in a series. For example, you could conceivably control one light from 4 (or more) different locations by using 2 (or more) 4-way switches and two 3-way switches.

Does the job for a three way switch. No nonsense. Good price for the multipack.

I highly recommend this product.   It is no exaggeration to say that I have installed dozens of switches over the past decade.  I always have several of these on hand, and prefer to buy these 6-packs over the individual variants due to affordability.  My current residence and the one before it were terribly outdated. The paint, the plugs, and the sockets were relics of another era.  These toggle switches helped me bring my homes into the current century. A breeze to install, the Leviton contractor packs are my preferred choice and for consistencies sake the only switch I use for 3-way applications.  I have never had an issue with installation or durability.  They last, they work, and they are attractive to look at.

So far so good just installed them, no issues to report

Unfortunately, we left them at the store in a bag.

Screw for hot lead would not move and top became striped. Threw it away.

Standard 3-way switch, works as designed. Hope it last 25 years like the previous one?

This is exactly what we needed and almost identical to the unit installed in our house almost 17 years ago. Wiring was easy to install and the switch has the wiring lock feature which allows you to easily feed wire into each point and get it locked in place when you tighten the screws. No complaints and works well.

Cheap and basic, but feels solid, does the job.

Issuse with kitchen light not coming on or flickering to come on. Replaced the switch that was causing the issue. Worked like a champ!
