[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer, clothes are clean when removed, love the high spin cuts down on drying time. No odor as some front loading washers have. Variety of cycles. I throw a white cotton dish towel (no terrycloth) in with every load. The towel is slightly damp, I then wipe down door, inner seal and outer seal, takes about 2 minutes, throw the towel in the dryer, it's ready for the next load. I live in a humid climate and have no problem with odors from my machine. Works Great!! I really like this washer.

That said my wife has never been more excited about a washer and I too appreciate its quietness. This machine cleans very well with less effort and time then any other machine we have had. With past experiences of LG support being very positive purchasing this unit was a no brainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this clothes washer four months ago. Clothes come out clean every wash. I have had concerns about the extent the wash drum rocks back and forth but apparently this is normal.

As other reviewers complained, this machine doesn't use nearly enough water to get clothes clean. I use the water plus feature which helps, but only a little (and it extends the wash time to over an hour). Still, the majority of spots don't come off clothes. Even more aggravating is the shaking & vibration during the spin cycle. And what's up with having to drain the little hose at the bottom every month? A man set foot on the moon 50 years ago but in 2016 you have manually drain excess water from your washer?!? I HATE THIS WASHER.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do in a great form factor. The 29.75" depth is exactly what was needed for our space. The features are tremendous and way more than is actually needed but definitely nice to have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use scented detergent so I can really tell this because there is no cover up perfume smell .... when hand or dish towels get damp when in use they STINK! Only my husband and I are using them. We are both clean people.I use triple rinse and extra water on hot but the washer does not use enough water to get them clean. I change the towels every other day( sometimes immediately if the odor is really bad). I wonder how clean are the rest of my clothes are getting with this low water use machine? Big towels don’t get clean either. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I used the warranty to get this second LG machine but it is no better with the triple rinse feature.

What can I say? It cleans my clothes every time. I use one pod of detergent per regular load. If I guess the load wrong and there's suds after the wash, I just do a "Rinse & Spin" and everything's fine! Only had to do that once, because I've learned how to guage the correct load per pod. I wipe the door & seal down after each and every wash. Leave the door open when not in use. Will use the "Tub Clean" feature once a month as recommended too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having very limited knowledge about wash machines, I contacted my son and daughter-in-law. Last year they purchased a LG washer. Both suggested I look at the LG models before making a decision. I did and it made my decision easy. I might add delivery and setup was first rate. All features of the machine were explained to me before they left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer in June and so far, we are very happy. It is quiet and efficient. No problems with odor but we wipe down the door and seal after a laundry run and keep the door open for several hours afterwards. The bi-weekly or monthly manual draining of the tank is a little cumbersome and a longer hose would have made it much easier. We didn't spend the extra money for a model that would allow you to add wash after the cycle started and I do miss that feature a little....but it is a very small detail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a life of agitating top loaders, we decided to expand our horizons and purchase a high efficiency front load washer and we're glad we did. The washer is a lot quieter, uses less water and gets the clothes super clean. The spin cycle spins a lot faster than a normal washing machine so the clothes come out less wet and it takes less energy to dry them in the dryer. The only reason I rate it a 4 is we've only had it for about 1 1/2 months. So far we love it!!!

This model had all the features I was looking for plus the LG reliability, rated one of the highest for durability on Consumer Reports. Love this machines so far, I will love it even more when I change the end tune.

This machine is an upgrade from the reliable LG I used for the past decade. The sanitation cycle was tough enough to knock the mildew smell out of old towels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously owned a high-end Samsung washer and dryer set. We had a lot of problems with them. Thankfully we purchased an additional warranty because we used it several times. When looking for a new set, I didn't want to go with Samsung. I spoke to several different salespeople at different stores. All rated the LG very high. I purchased this set and have been very pleased with it. Average wash cycle is under 30 minutes whereas the Samsung was well over an hour. The TurboWash feature is great. The clothes are spun so well that it doesn't take long to dry them in the dryer. The one tip I was given, don't use too much soap. Even for a full load of laundry, don't use more than two tablespoons. I had a repairman working on my refrigerator and he saw the new washer and dryer and said he seldom works on LG. He said when he has worked on them it was primarily due to too much soap. I'm very happy with this set and don't expect to have the problems that I had with the Samsung set. Highly recommend this washer and its matching dryer.
