Love this refrigerator! Debated on whether I'd like the 2 separate freezer drawers, but I think it keeps things organized better than 1 drawer would. I also didn't really care about the separate door in the refrigerator, but I will say it is very useful and we use it all the time! We keep things we use every day like our water bottles, milk, creamer, etc in there and it's nice not having to open the main door to get that stuff. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Love the features on this frig! The freezer doors open easily and the separate door on the refrigerator is awesome. Much more space in this style than our old side by side. More convenient to reach things and the lighting is excellent. Great configuration! So glad our old frig broke ;)

It does everything that a refrigerator like this is expected to do and goes about it quietly, in fact so quietly that you might wonder if it is running at all...very happy to have purchased it, been about a little more than 2 months and totally dig it. Pros- 1. very spacious interior but not overwhelming exterior size i.e., great design & fabulous posh look 2. odorless due to the built-in air filter 3. very quiet, un-noticeable 4. cools fast, produces great tasting chilled water and ice (cubed & crushed) on demand 5. keeps produce / vegetables way more fresher than our previous whirlpool refrigerator for longer periods 6. the door in door is absolutely great Cons- NA

I love the french doors for the ease of use. The door-in-door feature is convenient too. Despite the moveable shelves, it can be a challenge for multiple tall items. The vegetable bins are a bit small. The ice making design is so much better than my previous refrigerators. Overall am very pleased. Am a bit disturbed it is now a discontinued model. :-(

I purchased this product one month ago. I love the ice and water dispenser. It does not take too much space in the door. The shelf that folds back to allow for taller items is super. The lighting is superb -- you can see everything in it even items towards the back of the shelves. The door in a door feature is great for coffee creamer, butter, water, soft drinks. The other feature I love is the two roll out freezer drawers which allow you to organize frozen foods and locate them quickly. It is super quiet!! The only downside that I see is that the doors do not open out quite far enough--its probably just me. Also you have to get used to opening both doors to access the middle fruit-vegie drawer and the deli drawer -- but those are not big issues and I am getting used to it already. All the other good features outweigh these issues -- I would highly recommend this appliance.

I decided to splurge on this refrigerator after buying a cheaper fridge several years ago that fell apart over time. The old fridge would lose light covers, didn't connect to the filter properly and broke drawers. And although I've only had this fridge a month, those things seem like impossibilities with our new LG refrigerator. The lights are LED and recessed and they literally sparkle. The light is bright and even through the whole fridge - there are no dark spots. The layout is incredible and I love the door-in-door so my little kids can grab items with ease. The ice maker makes smaller cubes, which is great because they fit easier in water bottles and melt quicker in liquid. I only have one complaint, and that is that the deli drawer is as wide as the interior, which means that both halves of the fridge have to be open to open the deli drawer. It would be nice if there were two deli drawers for this reason. Other than that, I can't believe how much better a good fridge could be. I'm never going back.

We purchased this refrigerator 3 months ago. Love the door-in-door feature, the tall ice and water dispensing system, the 2 freezer drawers, and all the spaciousness and features of the refrigerator section.

We've had this unit for the last month and find it to be absolutely great. It has plenty of space that allows us to organize our food like never before. We love the door in door feature that gives us easy access to items we frequently use. One of the best things about it is that it is virtually silent. We highly recommend this fridge if you want something that stores lots of food and lets you get easy and fast access to it.

I really like my refrigerator a lot - I've had it for a little over 6 months. The narrow door shelf space is a little annoying, but the additional refrigerator space makes it worth it. The ice cube capacity is small, but if you know you will need more ice, you can make some ahead of time. My family especially loves the ice this machine makes! I love all the drawers, but need to add my own containers to the long drawer to help separate the items for my ease of use. I like the two separate freezer drawers - it helps in being able to find thing a little more easily. The exterior of this unit seems to be a little more difficult to keep looking nice than that of my previous stainless steel refrigerator. Perhaps I just haven't found the right combination for cleaning yet. Overall I love this product and would definitely recommend it to others.

I gave 5 stars to this message would get up high in the list. BUYER BEWARE - this unit does not have a SECOND ICEMAKER although Home Depot claims it does under the Product Overview where it says, "The extra icemaker in the freezer allows for easier entertaining". Otherwise, having just had it delivered, I see no other things that disappoint me.

I love my super capacity refrigerator. My fruits and vegetables from my garden stay fresh for a longer than normal time. The glide and serve drawer works great for preparing veggy plates, meat plates, etc with an option for deli, meat, or produce. Controls are very easy and the filter keeps odors away. The outside is easy to keep clean. I use Meyer's Clean Day stainless steel spray with Lavender scent, keeps fingerprints off very well. This is everything I wanted in a refrigerator. Highly Recommend!!

I am happy I chose this refrigerator. I can't Imagine there can be one I would like more. It's well thought out and pretty perfect. I love it

The refrigerator looks amazing. The door in door is awesome! There is ample space for everything, and I really enjoy the multiple storage bins for fruits, veggies and food trays. The height is perfect and the LED lighting is bright and looks really cool. However, there are two things that irk me! (1) it's loud. The compressor or filtration system is always running it seems and sometimes it's quite annoying. It turns off when you open the door and back on when shut it. I could do without this. (2) you keep milk and such in the door-in-door and it doesn't get quite as cold as the liquids you keep in the main refrigerator. I like my milk ice cold so this was a bit of a bummer. Overall, I like it, but I'm not sure I would recommend it due to the $$$.

ran noisily and more than it should. it would come on 6-12 times in a 1 hour period. loved the look and features but when i touched the outside if the door it was cold. my take is the insulation in the door was not done approriately

Very nice, big, great lighting inside, plenty of space. Exactly what we wanted and more! Just got it so I will do a follow up in a few months ☺

I have had the refrigerator for 2 weeks and it has been great. I purchased stainless steel polish and have used it once so far. One criticism is the lock button is not well placed on the door...just high enough for my 2 year old to press...should be higher.

Best refrigerator we've even had. Door-in-door is so helpful for daughters liquids and meds and the 2 freezer drawers are perfect. Smaller ice levels but did not present a problem at all. Very quiet.

LG refrigerator delivered defective. Caveat emptor with LG---LG refused to make it right. Home Depot replaced it though.

Accommodated all the items in my old fridge plus a lot more space to spare. Door-in-door feature is great in storing frequently used items. The two drawer freezer is very convenient to use - slides out easily. The sliding trays & shelves can be adjusted to your specific needs. Very nice looking finish on the outside and very good features inside.

I have NEVER written a review before this, but I felt I Needed to let people know the problem, the ONLY problem, with this refrigerator. People were saying that the ice bin was on the small side, but it was no big deal because they would just buy ice if they were having a large party. Well, I figured that I didn't use much ice myself and felt that this would be fine. NO WAY, I was totally wrong! This is the slowest ice maker I have ever seen. It doesn't even fill the very small 'container' HALF full OVER NIGHT!!! It has a 'Ice plus' feature that they say to put on to make ice more rapidly.....it doesn't work! So, you might be thinking that we just got a bad refrigerator, which we thought too, so we exchanged it for another one and it did the same thing. The design and the largeness of this refrigerator is the BEST I have ever seen. I am very sad to give it up.....but if you want ICE, then this fridge is NOT for you. :-( P.S. another thing I didn't like, but would have lived with had the ice maker worked, was the smudging on the stainless steel. Just saying. ;-)

This fridge has great features.. I love the triple door feature for drinks and such. The two adjustable compartments are handy. I really did not think we would ever pay this much for a fridge but after getting it home and using it I wouldn't have it any other way...

It's an excellent refrigerator so far. Don't listen your friends. Quiet motor. Looks great. Huge and deep inside, small features on the door..no eggs container. Beautiful illumination. Most people complains about the ice maker..not problem for us until now.. The 5 star assumes that my fridge is not going to break. If it breaks down, I'll change my review. It's too early to say more than this.

so happy with my lg purchase, the refrigerator is so spacious, design definitely gives you plenty or room led lighting sleek double freezer amazing definitely buy lg appliances, i have a washer and dryer and double stove on the way. thank you

We've had this refrigerator for almost three months and have had no problems. The door in door feature is excellent, we use it for bottled water, coffee creamer and its great. It is very quiet, and looks great. The only problem I have with it is the door with the water/ice maker is heavy and slams shut if you let go of it while closing but I would buy it again. This is our first LG purchase and we will buy more.

We replaced a 24 year old GE fridge that had the door-in-a-door feature, so I was specifically looking for it again ... wouldn't be without it for the frequently used items. You're not letting all the cold air out of the fridge, which saves energy. The LG LMX30995ST is much quieter than our old fridge ... we had to check it initially to make sure it was running! The split freezer makes it easy to organize things. You don't have to unload half of it to find the things on the bottom. The adjustable shelves are a real plus. I'm still experimenting with them. Those are the "pro's." On the flip side, the stainless steel finish is very low quality and hard to clean ... and keep clean. I have tried two different stainless steel cleaners, and they both left smears. My Fridgedaire applicances, on the other hand - stove & dishwasher - do NOT leave fingerprints or other marks, and easily wipe clean with a damp cloth. Come on, LG, let's not go cheap with the outside finishing materials!

I have a 4-door LG at my winter house. I wanted the same refrigerator at my summer house. I found this 5-door and I was skeptical at first but I simply love this refrigerator. It definitely gets lots of attention when I show people or talk about it. I think that it's all about the commercial with the apple. Because we do not eat a lot of processed food, this is a great refrigerator because it is huge. We decided that we need the extra room just for our fresh food. Everything is convenient and very organized. I love all of the compartments and adjustable shelves. I have to say that I haven't used the ice maker yet. Any ice maker seems to be the most challenging part of owning a modern refrigerator. Shortly we will have the RO hooked up and then I can add more to my review.

I love everything about this fridge. The door in door is awesome! I was worried that there wasn't enough space, but there is plenty of room for all our most used things. The other door space is limited but again, enough for what you really need. And the rest of the fridge is huge!! Plenty of room. the ice maker works great. The freezer section has three drawers, and is huge also, easy to organize your food and easy to find everything. The lighting is awesome, the three drawers for fruits/veggies, makes it easy to organize and the cold cut drawer is great too. there is nothing I do not like about this fridge.

Inside of this Fridge had big space and very beautiful.The right door had 01 more space at the front for containing the milk very comfortable. It's excellent.

It's the best fridge ever! Quiet, Versatile and so much room! We love the double door freezer, and the door in door feature! Way to go LG!
