So annoying, I loved this refrigerator, and still do, but we will have to replace the darn thing now because it started to rust under the water/ ice dispenser. Otherwise it works great! I had to put black duct tape over the rust so people would not get cut until we can buy a new one. It is only a few years old.

Excellent product. A few minor issues: First, the refrigerator was delivered (and refused) because of two very noticeable dent/scratches on the front door. Note: Cardboard shipping box showed no punctures or dents meaning the factory actually packed and shipped a damaged product with obvious defects. Took Home Depot just two days to replace the refrigerator with another perfect one. Second, after delivery, the refrigerator developed a noticeable hum (rattle) occurring whenever the compressor kicked in. Apparently the unit was not exactly level as pressing lightly on the front top of the unit would cause the noise to clear up. I contacted the 800 support number and was told to adjust the leveling feet under the front of the unit. I made the adjustment, which stopped the noise, but, having the two leveling feet extended to the floor results in not being able to use the roller feet to move the unit back and forth on the floor. That was unacceptable so I purchased two small furniture "sliding pads" at Home Depot and inserted them under the front two roller feet - thereby slighting lifting the front refrigerator enough to stop the noise. At least this way I can still move the refrigerator back and forth - just have to remember to place the two pads back under the front rollers. Other than that, the refrigerator is very well built and efficiently designed. PS: We did have to remove 1/2 of the upper shelf to allow for more tall items to be refrigerated.

I got excellent help from the gentleman at Home Depot in Cranberry, but we ordered online because we needed to verify dimensions and make sure this refrigerator had all the features we wanted. Ordering online gave us time to compare, decide, and purchase....delivery men were excellent as well. These new units are not yet rated for electrical consumption, so time will tell. There isn't any rebates available for these units for energy savings

I am a first time home buyer and this fridge was a house warming gift from my mom. It is so spacious and has a ton of compartments for organizing. It looks great in my kitchen and I love the water and ice dispenser on the front. It is so convenient for grabbing drinks on the go. It has great lighting and I get so excited every time I use it. Can't wait to fill it with more great stuff!

This is truly a state of the art refrigerator. It is so easy to use all the features. I love how the refrigerator has a feature that allows it to communicate with my smart phone should anything go wrong with the refrigerator.

Purchased this about 2 months ago. We have zero complaints. I searched for months trying to find the "perfect" fridge. This is it!! Love the in-door ice maker. It is a huge space saver.

The refrigerator iwas purchased in 2017. It has had 2 repairs under warranty and one out of warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got It in the year 2015 and I have not complain. My wife and I are so satisfied like the first day.

We have had a tech out here three times now and the problem persists. The ice dispenser doesn't dispense! The poor design caused air to get into the dispense area and clump the ice which causes it to jam constantly. Additionally, the doors don't shut properly which causes the alarm to go off all of the time. Don't buy this unit!

I have this unit and loved it at first...the size is perfect and I really like the freezer. My water unit just recently started to gush out water on the inside though and we are just starting to look into repair costs and services. Hoping that LG will extend great service! We've had other refridgerators where the ice/water unit lasted for 12-13 years. we were surprised that this happen to a unit that is 5 years old. We bought an LG because we thought they were top of the line ... we'll see how the servicing goes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this about a month and so far so good. We bought it online sight unseen. This is a very nice looking unit. Good water pressure and ice maker works fine. I do like the two different controls for water / ice, but the positioning of the water spout is well, interesting. It works well for filling tall containers. The fridge is relatively quiet and cools well. The interior lighting is pretty good. There is surprisingly a fair amount of room in the freezer for a unit this size. On the down side the top drawer in the freezer doesn't pull out far enough. Poor design! Our old one had shelving that slid out and a shelf that was collapsible to allow for taller items. This one does not. But, I was able to take the shelves out of the old one (made by LG) and install them into this one and they fit perfect. So customization, Ha!

Even at 24.1 CF, this refrigerator gives us more room than our previous 26 CF side-by-side. The digital display allows us to monitor the temperatures easier and with more adjustable shelving, storage is flexible for unusual sized items.

Seems good so far but alarm time is short and may drive you crazy!!!!!!

The delivery folks did a good job with the installation. This is a real nice looking fridge. It is relatively quiet. It has pretty good freezer space. I wish the top drawer in the freezer pulled out a little further. Our old fridge (Kenmore made by LG only 7 yrs. old) had sliding shelves that you were able to pull out and a shelf that had the ability to become a half shelf if you had items that were tall. This one doesn't have those features. But, as luck would have it, I was able to take the sliding and the half shelves out of the old fridge and they fit perfect in this new fridge. So ha, customized! It's not as big as our old one (3 to 4 cu ft. smaller) and not quite as quiet but to replace the fridge that we had would have cost us about $800 to $1000 more. Since there is only 2 of us now, this will do just fine. Ice maker is working fine and the water has good pressure. Hopefully we'll get more than 7 years out of this one. Only had it about a week so, time will tell. Ours is white which actually cost more than the stainless. Who would of thought! If the option were there, I would have given this unit 4 1/2 stars.

The only improvement would be to be able to see what the temperature is in the refrigerator and freezer. It tells you the setting temp but not the actual temp achieved.

I debated for over 2 years if I wanted a French Door refrigerator, as I'm short & wasn't sure I'd be able to reach the top shelves. I had side by side refrigerators for over 42 years. I've had my new French door refrig. for almost 4 weeks and I LOVE IT!!!! It's incredibly roomy, it's easier to store large trays, the pull out freezer drawer makes it incredibly easy to find what I've put in the freezer, & I love that the icemaker is small and built into the door (so you don't lose refrigerator space). Beyond incredibly happy!!!!

We had to get a refrigerator- one of those the other one is not working right at all. Why not a perfect 5? Because of two things. On the next model up which was my favorite but too deep to fit it in the space had a shelf that tilted under the front shelf. That shelf could fit anything tall right!! So wish they’d sell it separate and it would fit. The next thing is where the handle moves when you open the freezer. Not in this model. Like the ice maker being smaller and boost feature to make it quicker if you’re having company is great. Had to get use to the water dispenser on the outside of the fridge. Use to going under one spigot for water so this has 2- water over the floor the first time. Never will that happen again Has adjustable shelves inside and doing that so tall items fit!! This layout I like and seems good for the family. Roomy

We are perfectly satisfied so far

I am enjoying my new refrigerator a lot. Lots more shelving space than my former side by side. I use the glide drawer for snack meats and meal planning for the week or next few days. Freezer drawer is also bigger than former SBS. divider lets me arrange meats and veggies for easy access. I use the slide tray for meal planning. Extra ice storage is good for times I need a lot of ice. Excellent design.
