Door knob and angles down after short usage
Don't buy his product, low quality inside of the lever mechanism, outside looks okay. After using it for a short period, you will notice the lever would stay downward, won't go to a horizontal position,
I have asked for a replacement and they honor it and send it but the replacement is also showing the same signs, not as bad as it used to be yet, I would say buy the Schlage brand a bit more money, but it is better to brand and quality.
my last old knobs on the door were there for 20 years, that is ridiculous how companies these days do anything to make more money. it showed these signs after 3 to 6 months of use. Kwikset should be ashamed to make such a simple product so bad as to empty people's pockets.

Purchased a total of 11 of these to fit onto...
Purchased a total of 11 of these to fit onto my new interior door install (2 privacy and 9 passage). Installation of the handle was a breeze and it's nice that they allow for up-down action so the swing of the door is irrelevant when purchasing these. Finish is beautiful and I haven't had any problems with the inside lever sagging as some have mentioned.
