Easy to install. I love this sleek look. The interior lock is a simple push button and it unlocks with a simple turn of the handle. I now have one key for my exterior keys thanks to the smart key technology.

Very easy to work with. I replaced 6 different doors and they went in with no problems. I was originally worried it would be a pain getting squares on handles to level and somehow each one was perfect.

This looks great. It would be great too, but 2 out of 3 I received were defective. The set screw hit serious resistance with about 1/4 inch to go. One of the two, I tried to keep turning with some muscle and it popped the back of the exterior square off the set screw. I had to cut it free as the screw was free-spinning. I'm not certain, but the end of the set screw must have rusted, because the male parts came out with rust at the tops. The one that wasn't defective installed in minutes though - very simple.

Love the new square look. Was easy to install and change direction of handle!

The Kwickset Halifax Square Privacy Door Lever is a great product. The chrome finish looks great, and the square shape gives a nice touch. The handle has a nice weight to it, and feels like it was put together right and will last a long time. The door lever does lock but requires the Kwickset emergency key (not included in the package, but can be picked up cheaply). The instructions include a layout that you can use to cut and notch out the door for installation.

I bought 3 of these locks and all 3 started having issues in lock after 2 years. One of them completely stopped working. Even if you push it down, it won't lock. Other 2 will not lock 2 out of 3 times. Need to turn the handle a few times to lock the door. Poor quality locks.

I installed the Halifax handle sets in my last house and LOVED them. I am remodeling a bathroom in one of my rentals and got this handle. I love the beefy handles and modern style. I got the Kwikset Ladera handles for my house, which is very similar to the Halifax. For those of you debating between the two, I took pictures comparing them. The Ladera handles are sleeker and slightly longer. Whenever I have to purchase/replace a handle in my home or rental properties, I only use Kiwkset for my door handle needs because of their warranty. Kwikset warranty is fabulous. If you have any issues with the product, such as a finish fading, you contact them and they send you a replacement. I have only had to do a warranty claims three times over 20 years, but this company stands behind their products long after the sale. Highly recommend.

Kwikset door lock set is well known in my memroy when the time I bought my house with all the indoor lock refresh with Kwikset door lock. This modern classic design lock in sqare and slim straight handle bar which is upmost of today fashion home. Chrome work is fine and smooth. Due to main handle is made of solid metal casting, so you have weight feeling of it. The length is long enough most of the hand size even bigger hand still within its range. Mechanism is well bulit and assembly accurately together. Movement of the main lock metal mechanism is smooth and solid. If you are going to replace your new door set, this fashionable lock should be one of your consideration. Installation is hard time. Simple Straight.

These handles will up the value of your house for sure. Nice sleek modern look.

I absolutelu love these levers. I replaced 3 brass door knobs with these for a more updated modern look. So sleek and beautiful. I will be replacing the rest of the door knobs in my home with these.

Handle looks and feels great. It's on the expensive side be it is worth it.

I like these a lot! They are heavy, which makes it feel sturdy. I purchased the satin nickel finish and they don't show fingerprints - looks great with my black doors. The privacy lock is a little hard to push at first, but with time it loosened, so it works well now. I only had them for about 2 months, but I would buy again.

I love them . . I recently had my downstairs remodeled so I went from nickel to chrome. I wanted to update everything and when I saw these handles online I thought they were nice. I looked on the website to see how much and if I could change them out by myself. I ordered them online and when they arrived I wasn't disappointed. I was able to remove the round knobs and replace them with the Kwikset Halifax handle.

These door levers were a great value and arrived in a timely manner. Easy to install and look great. I would have given them a 5 star rating, but some of the levers on one side tend to not stay horizontal. Can't determine how to adjust them.

Elegant. Sleek. Modern. Loooove these door handles. Completely changed the look of the house. Overall construction is very sturdy and you can feel the quality difference over the more standard door handles. One thing I did notice is that the actual locking button is fairly stiff. Locking takes a bit of force and same goes for unlocking the door de the outside using the provided Allen wrench to reset the lock. Maybe it's because they are brand new. But that would be my only complaint.

A great look for your modern home. Easy to install and adjust.
