Just replaced the blue WDI B4802-1 flapper that fits the 3" tank opening in our Aquasource 98923 1.28gal toilet. The Korky 3060 fits perfectly and stopped the slow leak from the tank into the bowl. The arrow on the ring attached to the flapper bulb was set to 1 per instructions. Flush is the same as with original flapper. Water levels are the same as before. One annoyance. I preferred the old flapper chain with balls instead of links. It was harder to get the chain attached to the lever.

I bought this flapper to replace one on our American Standard toilet. Not only did this flapper meet my expectations, it exceeded it. Very simple to install and this flapper also allows for adjusting the water amount allowed for each flush. I highly recommend this flapper just make sure it close to or identical to the one you are replacing.

If you have a Mansfield toilet. It has one rod smaller on one side than the other. (Bad design)This is where the flapper clips (ears) connect. The Korky universal flapper kept falling off on one side in the tank. I saw this video. It needed the black piece. It’s included with the flapper kit and my PLUMBER didn’t change them out! I bought a new kit, and did it myself using the tips from the video. I counted the links before I took off the chain, and matched the number dial from the old one.

It disintegrated after a year. I don’t put any cleaning chemicals in the tank. I don’t know how this happened.

I just installed an expensive single piece toilet. The flapper was a problem from day one. It didn't seat properly and resulted in intermittent short toilet top-up fills. I tried every adjustment possible on the flapper, nothing worked. Rather than replace a brand new toilet I installed this Korky universal flapper (my go-to every time I needed to change a flapper in the past). It worked flawlessly immediately no more leaks, no more random short top-up fills.

Bought to replace Korky flapper on Toto Drake. Old flapper lasted >10 y before seal failed. This flapper regulates water released from tank into bowl. Adjustable plastic band on cone modifies size of aperture at top of cone. Changing aperture regulates intake of water in cone and closure time for flapper, allowing smaller flush volume with higher water column in tank. Works well on my Drake with the recommended setting of 6. My experience: Korky flappers far outlast 5-yr guarantee. Made in USA.

Most flappers are 2 inch but it seems like quite a few are going toward the 3 inch mark because it allows more water in at once, since a lot of areas are requiring low flow gallon per minute. This took me maybe 2 minutes to change out. Disconnect the old chain, unclip the old flap on both sides, snap on the new flapper, and hook the chain. You may need needle nose pliers to help. I always like using a very high grit sand paper or rough sponge to clean the base where the flapper will sit. If there's calcium deposits or mildew, it could prevent a tight seal. I always liked this brand and they seem very confident in their material to offer a 5 year warranty If you have a Mansfield toilet made since 2008, they have a separate black adapter. For everyone else, you can throw this away

I just have to replace it but it has been over 5 years. It rots when I took it out I had blue stinky rubber as I tried to clean it more came off like blue ink. The rubber dissolves. Water fluordation is the likey cause. The hook and chain the hook rusted through make them out of stainless steal or nylon. Korky update your rubber formula make it more resistant to fluoride. Same thing happend to the 528 anti sipion tank filler. Ban Water fluordation it beats us every day,

i have several toilets in my house that are about 2 years old and all of them started to run constantly and i noticed my water bill going up. so i replaced all the toilet flappers with this product. it has been a couple weeks and so far none of them are running anymore. this flapper is adjustable but not sure how that works. i just set it to "1" and it works perfectly. also this is super easy to install.

The instructions were straight to the point and a very good guide to complete the job.

The connectors broke on install, the plastic is extremely flimsy. Waste of money and more importantly, time

TOTO ST743E Works great! Installed a week ago. Simple design. Cleaned off the outlet tube rim with my finger nail prior to installing, to remove any deposits. Cut off the old flapper arm section with the hole to use as a spacer, because on my particular toilet the flapper(new and old) when attached wanted to drift to on side and not stay centered. Attached the new flapper flushed it several times to verify a good seal. Well, it initially did not seal, but I waited to see if it eventually would. Yes ! It sealed nicely after 4 or 5 hours. Theory: the rubber sealing surface, needs time to conform to the shape of the outlet tube as the weight of the water in the tank pushes it down. See pictures

I have 2 of these on 2 different Mansfield toilets. On both, on about the second or third flush, one connecter will disconnect from the ears on the flush valve. Why not make an adjustable flapper with the round brackets that slip over the ears. That's what it would take to work on a Mansfield it appears..

Due to the hard water here, 2 of 3 of our toilet tanks began leaking water through the flapper base. We have a newer home with Gerber toilets installed. It seems most Gerber toilets have a hard-to-fit flapper. We searched online and found what *might* work. However, we were able to find the adjustable flapper in our Home Depot store. This gave us an opportunity to make sure it would fit and function for the toilet tank. It was very easy to install. I would recommend this specifically because it is adjustable, making a fit for your toilet much easier.
