The brick were easy to install right on the sheetrock. Gave me the exact look I was looking for and it turned out beautiful. Some people complained about the brick being broken. There were a couple broken brick but I was able to use those on short cutoff pieces. The brick were wrapped really well in the boxes.

I want to give this a five-star review, despite the obvious shipping problems that everyone else mentions (and they are true). However, if I had to choose again I would still go with this product. These bricks are white, chippy, and uneven to create a beautifully realistic looking aged brick wall. Everything from the color variation to the chipping look was absolute perfection. The photos really can't do it justice. I installed these myself on a 12ftx9.5ft wall. I had never done anything like it before, but after some online tutorial research it really wasn't that difficult (though a little time consuming). What the others say about the shipping problems are very true. Knowing there were a lot of damaged brick, I bought 40% more than I needed and just barely had enough whole bricks to finish the job. That being said, Home Depot was great at processing my return request, sent a shipping carrier to get my boxes of damaged brick, and refunded me promptly. All in all, I am satisfied with how they handled the situation. Like I said, I would purchase again and advise others to purchase if you are looking for a white chippy brick like this. I haven't been able to find anything like it anywhere else. However, do keep in mind the damaged brick concern and be sure you purchase enough. :) Happy bricking!

Product is as advertised, a distressed brick. What I really liked was that the color is all the way through the product. I used a non-traditional method of adhering to my drywall, so the rough and sometimes cupped back of the brick caused me issues, but that was only because I chose a different method than directed. The issues with broken brick continue. Some of my boxes were about 50% broken. In hind sight, I wish I would have taken the broken brick and did a row of half brink, like you often see in older buildings, but I didn't, so I had to order another full box of brick. I used a mortar bag to mortar in-between the brick which worked very nicely. Good building!

Beautiful. I had shipment to store to check for breakage and quiet a few were broken. My local store immediately called homedepot.com and they discounted order. Home Depot is so easy to work with. I used them around fireplace surround. Used, SANDED, DARK gray grout. I used adhesive to glue..said to use mortar to glue but wall adhesive worked well. I used a lot of wall adhesive and let it dry 2 weeks. The grout turned the white a light gray and the gray brick darker gray but made brick placement sturdy. AND I MADE SURE A LOT OF GROUT went around edges of fire box. Can't pry them off and fire doesn't effect them at all. Looks old world. If I decide i want some of brick whiter will paint with a little milk paint. Love them.

Completely thrilled with how these white brick veneers look when installed. They totally transform a room. I found them very easy to work with. They were also easy to cut with a tile saw. A few of the backs are a bit uneven but with a little extra thinnest mortar applied to the back they stuck to the wall just fine. Out of the 12 boxes I purchased only 9 pieces were broken (they are heavily bubble wrapped in two boxes.) The broken ones I ended up using for smaller pieces in the corners. I still have to grout between them, that's next weekends project. But I 100% like the look and would recommend getting them.

The quality of the bricks are average to low. The strength is not enough to have a smooth cut. The installation is easy but some uneven back of the bricks causes difficulty. The joints cannot be filled and finished by tools because of rough edges and you need to do it with smooth flexible rubber instead. The final look is satisfying if you use the correct mortar. Although these are not real bricks and appear to be made from concrete, they made my fireplace remodel project turn out beautiful. My original 90’s ceramic tile fireplace is now replaced with a classic look that belongs in my house and seems pleasantly original.

These bricks are superb. Easy to install and gave a great rustic look we needed in a modern office lobby.

2 of the boxes were broken, but I was able to return them so all worked out. Love the finished product.

This brick has a great look!! We used this for our kitchen back splash and another wall in the kitchen and it looks great! Also easy to work with! Great product!

Awesome product. Putting in my entry hall on one wall, and it gives it a rustic sophisticated look. Buy extra because undoubtedly boxes will arrive with broken brick.

Second time I ordered the product in a year, one for a backsplash and this time for a wall. The first time I picked up the product from the store. The last time it was delivered. Out of six boxes, I lost more than two boxes worth due to damage. The product was good, but would never order anything like that for delivery. Delivered ny UPS

I received a case of these bricks several weeks ago and had to return them due to the high moisture content. They would not stick to the wall like the previously purchased cases. I ordered another case hoping for a better product, but got the same damp bricks. I checked the website and found that they claim to send out product which has not completely cured. In my opinion it is irresponsible to send a product out that is not completed. The bricks were all discolored and after several days showed no signs of further curing. I have a wall that is nearly complete, but I cannot seem to get usable bricks to finish it. It is taking much more time and effort than it should

Horrible. I ordered 7 boxes- and 2 arrived completely damaged and broken into multiple pieces. All of the boxes had water damage, boxes moldy and stunk horrible including the bricks which stunk. So spoke with customer service over the weekend and they said no problem, recommend I call on Monday so they can reach out to the supplier and send me 2 new boxes to replace the damaged ones. I didn’t feel like returning the smelly undamaged bricks, due to heaviness, and hoped once outside of the boxes and disposed of them the smell would improve . I called on Monday and the rep said they were ‘unable to reach the supplier’ and couldn’t arrange for my replacement, but they’d ’get back to me.’ They said all I can do is return all 7 boxes. Well, I can’t do that because the boxes were so disgusting that had to be thrown away because the smell was making me and my family sick, and the previous rep told me they could replace the damaged bricks , so I didn’t think I needed those boxes for the undamaged ones anymore. They weren’t willing to help at all. So I lost a hundred dollars in damages and overall the bricks are gross. Very disappointed and won’t be shopping with Home Depot ever again.

The box was undamaged but every brick on the top layer but one was broken in half or thirds. Worthless. Returned to Home Depot for a full refund.

These bricks were amazing! Used on fireplace and they look just beautiful. Highly recommend

Very disappointing- The top layer of 30 bricks had 11 broken. I didn’t even bother looking deeper to the next layer. We were happy with the ease of return though.
