This bag appears well built and sturdy. While I am not using it full to capacity, it will certainly suit my purposes. **However** I think Klein uses a different ruler. The length of the base of this bag is 11.5" along the exterior of the bag. Not 12" on the interior. Caveat emptor.

This has been my favorite handbag for almost two decades. Not so easy to find these days but couldn’t be happier with the quality of this bag

The handle broke.

The shipping didn't take long at all and the bag was is beautiful condition. It was exactly what I wanted and suits my needs every day.

It's a beautiful bag. My only gripe is that the opening of the bag is reinforced with a metal hinge that I feel makes the bag hard to get into. It doesn't open very wide, which seems counter-intuitive for the size of the bag.

Wish the metal hinge mouth extended to the base so that it is not so floppy, but otherwise great!

had one of these bags for 27 years. was surprised to find out they were not available in store. Guys I work with wanted to know where I got it because many thought they were not being made anymore, because they didn't see them in store

Great tool bag roomy and very easy to access my tools. A true convenience.

I've had one for nearly 30 years - my son needed something for his tools... this, was the perfect fit.

Looking for a bag with a little more structure. The size is a little too large. The bags with straps have internal pockets. Get a smaller size and one with a strap. The bag closure is a little sloppy.

I love this tool bag from Klein Tools. I am a wife who's husband cannot keep the garage clean to save his life which is so very frustrating. We are do it yourselfers and when I need a tool I can't find it and half the time he can't find it either. So after years of this nonsense, I ordered my own tool bag and I love it!!! I have everything I need for basic do it yourself chores and repairs. Why didn't I do this years ago? Very happy customer! Thank you!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband to replace the one that he's had (which is the same product) for years. He wore it out, but it held up well (he is hard on his possessions) which is why I got him a new one.
