This is my first stand up mixer and I am so happy! I have arthritis in my hands and using a hand mixer hurts a lot. Had no idea a stand up mixer could do so many things. I have made pizza dough, two batches of chocolate chip cookies, mashed potatoes, and shredded cheese and so far and all have been fluffier and better than ever before. Very easy to use! Well worth the money!
