[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found it not user friendly. The dial readings are very hard to see. It looks good but everything on the dials are the same Crome Color and you can't see what temperature or time setting you're on. Takes a long time to pre heat and the timer started making noise a week after I bought it and I had only used it half a dozen time. It's going back today. I am very disappointed as I love my other kitchenaid products I have and was looking forward to this .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a convection oven for awhile. Now that I have one, I'm a little bit intimidated by it. So far I have made toast, which seems to take far longer than the toaster did but probably comes out better. Also baked a chicken breast with red skin potato and Brussels sprouts. Came out very nicely. Have not tried baking any sweets yet. Hoping I will feel more comfortable as I use it more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great toaster/convection oven. It works fantastic and I would recommend it to my family and friends. Only one thing, the broiler pan is not dishwasher safe ( sad to say) even through it says it is.

The bottoms are king of lose and sometimes I set it and believe it is working, and I come back to check on it, it had turned off without making a sound! It was expensive for a small over, especially to last only 1 year! I wish I've kept the receipt in order to return it. Waste of my time and money!

It bakes (or broils) far better than the old gas oven in my apartment. Faster and much better. Living in Florida, I can cook what I want, when I want without heating up the kitchen.LOVE IT !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using this oven everyday for reheating and general meal preparation. The capacity is almost overwhelming on such a small footprint. I have also noticed my power usage has gone down since not using my built in electric oven so often. The features on my KitchenAid oven allow me to create meals with ease. The oven bakes evenly and in the same time as my built in oven with no recipe adjustment needed. Also, the counter top oven does not heat up my apartment like the built in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 weeks ago, & love it. I have baked, toasted & warmed, so far. On hot days, it's nice not to run a whole oven. It baked evenly, although you have to watch where you put your racks , for rising dough's. Read instructions, & you will be fine.sounds intimidating at first, but once you use it, it's easy. If there is a downside, it's that the print on the knobs us hard to read, so have your cheaters nearby. Again , the more you use it, it will become second nature.

I want a countertop oven that produces the same quality of baked goods that my big oven does. Also, knobs hard to read!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as I have a long and rewarding relationship with Kitchen Aid appliances, my mixer is over thirty years old and still works great. I expect the same from my new, stylish convection toaster oven. It occupies less then 3/4 the space on my limited countertop as its predecessor and is far quieter. I have roasted, toasted and broiled it it and I have only one complaint- the broiler pan rack position places thicker items too close to the element. Of course, I moved the rack down, but it takes longer to broil (duh) and the tops don't brown as much as I like. The food is cooked completely and is less time than a conventional toaster-oven. The meats are juicy-medium rare or medium and balanced throughout, the toast is cooked on both sides,( yea!), The oven is very easy to keep clean. I recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a gift from our daughter who insisted we needed a new oven. I must admit, the knobs are pretty accurate for toasting our morning waffles. Use it for everything, almost making my stove oven redundant, except for a need now and then for more food needing to be baked. Love it and it's attractive too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it for a few weeks now and it works like a charm. I've baked, broiled and toasted with great results. The 2 changes I would recommend for future ovens would be to make the lettering on the dials easier to read. I've used both my kitchen overhead and a flashlight and the lettering gets washed out and very difficult to read. And the second addition would be a light inside the oven (the DeLongi that this oven replaced had a small light in the back that helped a lot.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can you say "awesome appliance?" Kitchenaid = quality products, and this spacious convection oven is my favorite. It is uber quiet, energy-saving, has an efficient footprint, double racks, and has the Kitchenaid dependability I love! This stainless exterior shows no smudges when you clean it. Dials are easy to read, even for mature eyes. Operation is simple. Large-view glass door enables me to see what's cookin' without opening the door and losing heat. Crumb tray really catches everything for snappy clean-up! I know this sounds like Kitchenaid PR, but I'm a real mom with limited time to deal with cooking. This convection oven is so fast and quiet it actually makes cooking fun again!

With the weather being so hot and humid here in PA its nice to turn this on to cook our meals and not heat up my whole kitchen. Its easy to use and works like a champ.
