The nozzel l leaks

Good product

Worked perfectly - and to anyone looking elsewhere for this product, Home Depot had the lowest price. Lowe's was more than 50% HIGHER than Home Depot!!

I would give it a five star and did not because: 1. The order did not contain the sidesprayer holder. A Kohler rep stated in the Q&A that it contained the holder and it did not. 2. The connector type was different than the original faucet. I would expect the correct replacement part number to have the correct connector type. Since the old sprayer head was leaking, I was able to unscrew the new sprayer head to replace the cracked one.

Don't buy this product if you are expecting to receive the item as pictured, because the base that the spray sits in is NOT included. All you get is the sprayer handle attached to a spray hose. NO BASE. I know...it makes no sense at all, especially since the picture from the website includes the base. I returned the item to a local Home Depot, and then went home and purchased the complete set from Amazon with no issues.

Easy to change out old and put in new.

This is the only product that fits my kitchen sink with a built in sprayer...glad home depot still has it in stock.

The brushed nickel finish is impossible to keep clean. It gets a spotty look within minutes of cleaning... something about the way water beads up on it rather than quickly draining off as it would with chrome. The finish is also very thin. NO ABRASIVES of any kind or you will rub it off and be down to bare yellow brass.

Installed and worked fine, until...after 5 weeks of operation, a pinhole-sized leak developed on the body of the sprayer. Will be returning ASAP. This is the second different sprayer that I have purchased from Home Depot this year, and both developed leaks after less than two months of use. And, this one I had to order online because the store only carries the same brand that leaked the first time. I'm starting to think all their sprayers are of extremely poor quality.

When the original broke I considered generic replacement but I decided to go with original replacement equipment. The quality is superb.

I have no problem with function or installation, it is better than adequate. The problem I have is that the picture shows you get the spray nozzle head and that it is seated into a base that the nozzle head sits in on your counter when not in use. Here's the problem, this product does not come with the base, so there is no base for the shower head to rest in when not in use. Very disappointed, why sell just a nozzle head without the base, where does the nozzle head sit. Makes no sense, and why does the picture show the nozzle head all snuggled into its base, very comfortable looking, when you don't get the base for it to rest in.

This sprayer head was super easy to install. It came with the hose but I only needed the sprayer. The sprayer unscrews from the hose. New one was just like the old one, perfect match to the sink and faucet. Very happy to have found it at Home Depot. It arrived quickly too.

Replacing the sidespray....the fact that the button that you press to spray failed and required the replacement. and also both the old and the new sidespray have a tendency to bleed off water on the sink after use when back in the holder. thats why only average on Q and V

A slightly different design of the original but still matches and fits the faucet like new. Swapped out the old leaky one for this one in minutes. Hardest part was cleaning out the cabinet to reach the connection.

I would definitely buy a product from this company again. I had already purchased a replacement, never thinking about calling the company. I decided to call the company to ask if the replacement part I had purchased was interchangable with the existing one. They took the part number from me which, by the way, is located on the hot water hose and said they would send me a replacement free of charge.

We always trust Kohler products - this side spray was exactly what we needed to replace the old one.

I'm very disappointed that this brand I used to trust is cutting corners with the usual made in China junk. It doesn't explain otherwise why this sprayer (which came with the faucet) broke after not even 4 years of normal use. Now that we have a new one, and therefore I have something to compare it to, I can tell you that even before it broke it never worked well. It didn't have enough pressure and was slowly leaking droplets of water. When the faucet will brake too, I will not purchase the same brand.
