The quaility and finish of the base is excellent, there is a red/orange color along the edges that did not show up in the photos but works with our decor. The sconces came with 6 anchors and screws each, so when extending the swing arm the lamp is very stable. It is nice that the lamp can take a 3-way bulb. The shade is a nice natural linen but the fabric is thin and you can see the shape of the light bulb through the shade when it is turned on. I would purchase these sconces again.

Nice lamp; good next to our bed. However, the lamp shade is too small.

Shade is cheap looking and lite bulb shows through.

we are using these as bedside sconces instead of table lamps. i've looked on many sites, Wayfair, Houzz, lighting companies, and this was a winner. the price is more than reasonable. they're installed and they look great. nice, quality item.

The lamps are lovely and are a delightful accent to our remodeled bedroom.

Bought two. Be prepared for trip to hardware store for longer screws to attach faceplate to backplate. (Do this BEFORE anchoring backplate to wall!) Poor quality control from China. The switch is NOT 3-way....don't waste money on 3-way bulb. Otherwise....functional.

Was very disappointed with the lamp....the mounting plate screws were too short to attach the lamp and the shade wouldn't stay on . Ordered 2 and did not open the second one...will be returning to the store the next time we're in "the City"

Worked out perfectly. Looks great. Wife loves it. That's all that matters.

Very happy with this fixture. We selected the 'cream' shade and it blends beautifully with our bedspread. I would label it more taupe than cream. These were installed on either side of our bed and it frees up space on our nightstands, plus the 3 way switch provides options for reading light or low light when watching TV. We did also ordered the cord cover (not included w/fixture) - highly recommend the cord cover as the cord doesn't hang straight and becomes a distraction. The cord cover blends into the wall.

I am giving this a fair rating (for now) because we have not yet installed it. It is NOT as pictured, as TAUPE is the color of the shade! It looks white in the photo and I have several pieces of furniture that are "taupe brushed steel"--and this is not it! Also, the back plate on the lamp that attaches to the wall is not as pictured in the instructions. I will review again when we get the lamps installed on the wall (assuming we can) and actually use them. On one, the swing arm moves freely, on the other, we can not get it to move at all to the right so we will have to work on it to make it adjustable.

this is a very attractive, stylish lamp that would look good anywhere

After purchasing similar swing-arm lamps for the living area, we decided these would be nice for reading lamps in the bedroom. We love them. The shades are a nice olive color that compliments the bronze/copper nicely.

The lamp is of a more substantial metal than my last one of a plastic type material. I also like the fact that it is a 3 way and can take higher wattage than other swing arms, whether to light up the corner or to read if necessary. Nice variety of shades in this line.

The lamp itself looks very nice. It would work in any color. The mounting was pretty flimsy with 2 small screws and the screws were not quite long enough. We would buy them again for another room.

While the lamps installed in a straightforward manner and worked well, after two months the switch failed on one of them, the second following in another month. After taking one of them down, it was found that the switch knob threads had stripped, making the switch non-functional. The second lamp had the same problem. The switch knobs are metal, possibly brass, and either the metal is too soft or they are slightly too large in inner diameter. The lamps now work fine with plastic replacement knobs I bought from HD for about $4.50/pair. I don't know if my experience is just bad luck, but I suspect a manufacturing defect, since both lamps had the same problem. The fix is simple, but annoying!! I am recommending the lamp with the understanding that the same problem may be experienced by others.

The lamp arrived on time. Installation was very simple. Match the decor perfectly. Was glad I purchased it from Home Depot; very good selection.

Factory Quality Assurance was bad. Holes did not line up for screws - not easy to put together, we had to "jerry-rig" pieces. If I had purchased this and tried to put it together, I would have been so frustrated. Luckily my husband is an engineer and was able to figure it out. It looks good, but poorly made.

I bought this to replace an older wall lamp. It has a nice appearence and works well.

I ordered 2 for my bedroom. The harp was missing on one lamps. It was disappointing to have to wait a to get the part sent to me. I read in the reviews that others had similar problems with parts missing.

The parts do not fit. The ball finials do not screw on tight, making the light loose on the wall. If it wasn't a hassle to return, I would have returned.

Installation was easy, but it's poor quality materials of construction. The light switch was difficult to turn and stripped the threads on the turn-key rendering the fixture useless.

I finally got two of these lamps that work, but it took me fivedifferent ones to do it. The switches would not turn on or were very hard to turn on, or the shades were damaged and in one box the upright that holds the shade on was missing. When I finally got two lamps that worked, they look fine, but the hassle to fine two working lamps was not worth it.

The lamps are attractive, but - I was disappointed to find that the wires extending from the bottom of the base plate have no cover - so they are exposed from the base all the way to the electrical outlet. Also disappointed that as soon as we installed both lamps, the switch broke on one. We will now have to remove the entire fixture from the wall to either return it or to replace the switch. Switches are not sturdy.

This product was of very poor quality. None of the holes lined up. When we finally installed it, it was crooked. Also, it looked very cheap. I will never order from the website again because you cannot tell by a picture.

This product cannot be hard wired without modification and fabrication of a box mounting bracket. The mounting screws are not long enough to mount the fixture when installed. Had to run out and try to find longer metric machine screws just to be able to mount the darn thing. When the fixture is mounted the base cuts into the wall board.

The picture showed a white shade and the shade is golden/beige - it is still a nice wall lamp. I really like it and was perfect for the area where I needed light without taking up floor space in my "all season" room. I would recommend this wall lamp/product to my friends.

wall plate holes didnt match up with the screws, made installation difficult. Once in the light switch didnt work..had to order new one and start all over. replacement worked better.

I was looking for a small light that could hang over a narrow chest of drawers in my bedroom. This product turned out to be perfect. The shade is very nice fabric. The oil-rubbed bronze finish is done very well. I installed the lamp myself without any trouble.
