I opened the box and found the thermostat broke. Look like no quality control before packaging. Sad I have to return the product.

This product works great. It heats u a large area, is user friendly, and is vry safe. Will be buying more of this product if ever needed in the future.

It fulfilled the function that I bought it for. It met my expectations.

This baseboard heater puts out very little heat. Very Disappointed. Am Returning

We purchased this product as our baseboards radiators at one of our properties were on the fritz. Great product. Give awesome heat. It's also very safe.

Overall very poor quality. One of them shorted out immediately upon plugging it in due to poor insulation. Another had shipping damage. The thermostats were cheap and intermittent. I really needed these in Minneapolis and was very disappointed. Tried to click on a rating but couldn't. Poor rating.

Was not heating

After about 10 minutes of warming up, sparks flew from the heater and my breaker for the room blew. As a fire chief, I find this heater to be unsafe. Very disappointed.

Awesome product

I would have loved it more if it had the heat level marked on the control.

Exterior surface became very, very hot. Unit did not produce much heat.

I ,have only had heater a few weeks. I cannot give full marks until I find out how it will work when cold weather arrives. I will gladly rate heater at a later date.

So disappointed in this product. I saw "Made in USA" and thought this was going to be a good purchase but I was so wrong. I bought two of these and never even opened the second one after giving the first one several chances to convince me that it was not useless. First issue was that the control panel side was dislocated and the metal would not snap back into place. Second issue is that the temperature knob APPEARS to provide heat level control but it simply turns the heater on or off (no control, just on / off). Lastly, I literally had to stand an inch away from it to feel any heat and a few times I actually had to bend down to touch it just to see if it was actually working. I even tried to let it run for a couple hours but it did not heat the 12x12 room and I could still barely feel any heat standing near it. I have no idea why they would produce a product this ineffective and I'm highly doubtful that the unit was defective. I returned both of them to the store.

Use lot of power and still can't warm up a room

Heater didn't work. Plugged it in to an outlet that can run my 1100 watt microwave with no problem n this 120 volt ac "plug in" heater didn't work at all. Tipped it back n forth to make sure safety switch "clicked", turned on thermostat (got red light indicating heat on n waited 30 minutes for initial heat up like instructions said) still no heat. Disappointing. Time to send back n try a different manufacturer.

One only work for a few days

ordered on line when I received the product it was dented and did not work

The product came dented in the box, and would not turn on when plugged in. Be very careful ordering online, make sure to inspect product. Home Depot had an excellent return person they were very helpful.

just made my purchase have not had the chance to use them yet getting ready for winter

Faulty switch, heater won't stay on. Construction is flimsy.

The baseboard heater barely gave any heat. It was poorly constructed and built not to last. The plastic stand at the bottom was already broken when taking out of the box.

I returned it the same day l got it. The switch didn't work as it should, and the switch indicator light malfunctioned.

The delivery the thermostat was broken off, 2nd delivery - the thermostat does not work. I would not recommend - poor quality.

So far works great no issues. Nice you can just plug it in.
