I'm use this as a party tent in the yard to shelter us from the sun and the rain. In the past I have had a 10x20 that was another brand. The frame was very weak. This frame seems really strong being 2" and the top canopy feels very thick. I laid the frame out first as instructed. Then 4 of us put it together in about 30 mins. I'm using 14" earth anchors to tie down the frame in the 4 corners.

20MPH winds blew the top off, Broke Pipes. 1 of the pipes broke a windshild on a car we had on the car lot! only lasted 1 day before causing damage to our property and it broke! Very poor quality, it does not live up to Home Depot's standards that i Had for them!

Looks awsome easy to setup...

This was easy to setup, I got it done within 45 minutes. I went and bought 8 50lb sand bags and rope to tie the structure down. One bag on each pole. It hasnt moved an inch with 40 mph wind gusts.

This product is just like the reviews said, Well built poles are very sturdy. Putting it up was a breeze, great directions and King Canopy has videos on their website. You could do this by yourself but much easier with one more person. As you see in the picture you can park a 64 impala and a 18ft boat in this with room to walk up the middle. Great product. I did order the side kit and it is amazing.

Excellent construction, quality, and works beautifully covering my Sequioa with much room to spare. First shipment came with box badly torn up and parts missing. Sent it back. Think it might have been the shipper's fault. Immediately got sent another one in tact . Invest in the refillable sand bags suggested. They were easy to fill up and gave the structure stability in the high winds we get here in Florida. Exceeding my expectations everyday .

Came in 2 large boxes that held fairly well considering how far they traveled. Simple well written instructions enabled my wife & I assemble it in about an hour with no tools needed. Perfect for our need of a cover to split firewood under & tall enough to park our tractor under when all the wood is split. I would suggest the anchor kit if you live in a windy area.

This canopy is truly heavy duty - the pipe used is all 2" which is pretty hefty however everything is just slid together - no way to secure the pieces which is a little maddening when putting together one end and the other keeps slipping apart. I've had this canopy for two weeks and it has held up to rain and light wind. Unfortunately we had gusts up to 25mph the other night and the canopy couldn't stay grounded in that. Nothing like feeling like Dorothy in Kansas in the middle of the night trying to hold a huge canopy to the ground. Suffice to say it didn't make it and I am left with a canopy in perfect condition and a stack of bent or broken pipes. If you don't have wind (we usually don't) I'm sure this would last quite some time.

I have been using this canopy for several years. I leave it up from April to October in a campsite. Only took it down for Hurrricane Sandy. I only gave it 4 stars because water will sometimes puddle up at the cross poles.

Very easy to assemble, but the rain water stand accumulated over the sides , we had to use tie downs over the ball bungees.

This canopy sucks! It just collects water. I has way too few tie down grommets. The integrity of this canopy is predicated on the tautness of the canopy tarp. I am a 75 year old totally disabled veteran who now has to take the tarp down and install several tie down grommets. I fact, the didn't even send enough tie down bungees for the few grommets the did put in. Way too expensive for a result like this.

Productor’s performing better than expected. I will take it down for the renter so it snow doesn’t damage it. I am having a little trouble getting it tight enough so water doesn’t gather around the ends on the sides and make it say. I believe now there’s been in the sun for a while I can stretch it and take care of that issue but overall it’s great

Every time it rains one corner fills up full of water. Lots of water. I had to push the fabric up with a broom to get the water out. I checked to make sure that all the fittings and straps were tight which they were. I called the manufacturer they told me to buy a grommet kit to add more grommets. I asked if it would void the warranty they said there was no warranty if it was weather related. The pipes started rusting like crazy. In 2 months it looked terrible and still kept retaining water in one corner. This was sitting on flat level ground. I returned it to Home Depot for a refund. Look around for another one that is of better quality.

We were pleased with the price...we had shopped around and Home Depot's price was the best price we found. Add to tha,t we knew if there was a problem return would be easy. It's a bit clumsy setting it up the first time...Youtube setup videos really help. We purchased it to provide shade and protection from the elements for outdoor gatherings. Tubing gauge is a bit light, be careful not to bang the tube and fittings ends however, if the ends get bent a little they can easily be straightened. One thing to consider (when assembling) there is no way to know if the tube is fully seated (the fittings and tubes slide together). To ensure that everything is secure we slid each tube into a corner fitting, once it was fully seated we held a thick black permanent marker on the tube (at the flange edge of the corner fitting) and rotated the tube so that there was a thick black mark completely around the tube. When assembling, the black mark on the tube fully up to the fitting edge indicates that it is fully seated and secure. We're satisfied with our purchase.

Have had mine up for 4 years covering the carport behind my house. Never taken it down and has been through some wicked storms. Still standing strong protecting my truck from the elements. Can't say enough about this canopy.

We've used 'King Canopy' brand canopies for many years now, and they are rock-solid, durable, and extremely well made. Everything fits together just as it should, and is very stable once assembled. The only reason we had to buy a new one is because we wrongly left the canvas on during the Indiana winter, and during a sudden snow storm, the heavy wet snow accumulated on the canvas and caused the framework to fail under the weight of the heavy snow. When we were ready to buy the replacement, they were out of stock, but we chose to wait for a King Canopy rather than take a chance on another brand that we knew nothing about.

I am very pleased with this canopy. It’s a large size and made very well. It was very easy to assemble which I did mostly by myself. When attaching the top to the legs a second person is very helpful. I feel that is is a very reasonable price for the quality. I highly recommend purchasing this canopy.

True to promises. Very satisfied. MUST tie down as instructed. Best to assemble with three people, but can be done with two.
