The sink looks great, but, the vessel faucet that’s supposed...
The sink looks great, but, the vessel faucet that’s supposed to go for vessel sinks has a stopper included and it doesn’t lock because the sink hole is too small. Now I have to go out and find another sink stopper to make it work on 3 sinks I purchased from Home Depot.

I am very pleased with the product however the measurements...
I am very pleased with the product however the measurements of the product on the Home Depot site and the actual measurements of the sink differ. In my case it did not make a difference however it could certainly have a negative consequence in some cases.

The hole on this is not universal to a pop up drain assemble. The pop up cannot be any more than...
The hole on this is not universal to a pop up drain assemble. The pop up cannot be any more than 2.5" in order for the assemble to work correctly. Delta only sales 2.75" assemblies, which after paying a plumber to install the assembly learned that the products do not work together. Something that works with most is not universal. It should be advertised as "fits most" or fits only 2.5" assemblies.

The drain hole slopes steeply downward so that it does not make much contact with an installed popup drain - even a Kraus brand drain! Even with plumbers putty, I'm skeptical it will remain water tight without a surface on the drain that aligns to a surface on the sink drain hole. Don't recommend.

The dimensions on line were different than the dimensions on...
The dimensions on line were different than the dimensions on the installations, and in person the sink was overall 2” bigger and taller than both on line and instructional dimensions. So it was returned. Home Depot carries vessel faucets in store but not vessel sinks. May want to rethink that

Thanks for your feedback. Our KCV-121 sink measures 18 3/4” x 14 1/4” x 5 1/4” as listed on the spec sheet and installation manual. Due to the manufacturing process, there is a tolerance for ceramic sinks
of -3/8" which is a rule of thumb for all ceramic sinks. However, I would be happy to review any concerns you may have directly.
