Bought the sink December 10, 2019, finally opened it to have it installed Friday, April 24, 2020 only to find out there is a crack in the sink. The nearest Home Depot is a 6 hour ferry ride and an 18 hour drive from where we live so we won't be able to return it. I wish we would have opened everything right away to see if there were any damages now I don't know if we can get a replacement or a refund.

The quality of this sink is high end for an excellent price. I had to cut my sink cutout just a bit to accommodate the lock down tabs but once I had that done installation was a breeze. We matched ours with the KPF-2230ORB faucet and it exudes high end look all the way around. Sink looks like solid granite and has no blemishes at all. Love the added protective center and the touch of stainless really brings out the look of the sink. We are so pleased with it we can't stay out of the kitchen.lol

I love my Kraus sink, it is beautiful and it falls very nicely with my granite countertop and looks nice with my new water faucet that I bought to go with it. Got compliments from the plummer who installed it, he liked it. When I first used the sink, I liked how the water just slid down the drain because it had like a water resistant coat on it. As I used the sink more and more because of my hard water, I see the sink develop white water stains from the calcium in the water. Tip: I decided to treat the sink after I cleaned it with a little Olive Oil all around to have that water resistant for it to drain quickly. I like the fact the sink is deeper than my old stainless steel sink that originally came when the house was built. I enjoy drying up the sink with the handy Kraus towel, the towel is very absorbent and it cleans up all water splashes. I especially like that the sink was not very expensive and it provided extra items with it, I did not have to go buy sink drains. I recommend this sink, it is very nice and smooth, it absolutely matches my granite kitchen countertop and it gave it an upgrade look to the kitchen.

This sink is gorgeous! We have only had it in for 2 days and have washing anything I can by hand just to use it and look at it. This sink is deeper than our previous sink. I like that is “hides” any dishes in it. We had it installed as an undermount. That was a tough decision because I think it would have been very nice as a drop in as well.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SINK, IT IS A GREAT SIZE. EASY TO CLEAN. DOES NOT STAIN (OR AT LEAST CANT TELL) AND IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AGAINST MY BUTCHER BLOCK. SO GLAD I WENT WITH THIS BLACK COLOR. THE MATERIAL IS MORE MATTE THAN ANYTHING BUT THAT'S WHAT I WAS GOING FOR. VERY HAPPY

This sink is beautiful, deep bowls and easy to install, though slightly unusable in it's design and the instructions are severely lacking. I love the removable strainer, but the mounts to the countertop leave a lot to be desired. The product itself is easy to clean, light enough that one person can easily install or remove it. Be forewarned that the deep sink also means the drains sit lower than your traditional sink so plan and adjust accordingly.

This sink is great looking and deep. We bought to go in our remodeled kitchen. It gives it an updated feel and blends well with our black counter tops and matte black faucet. Very pleased with our purchase. Only issue with installation is that the old sink and this one had different drain locations and most of the plumbing had to be replaced to accommodate for difference.

My husband and I just purchased our first home. We decided to go through with a complete remodel of the kitchen and make it fully our taste instead of buying the same cookie cutter kitchens. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and aside from appliances needing to be high end and high quality, I wanted a sink that would hold up to its name for durable. I had this sink in mind after looking online for MONTHS. I searched every store, touched so many different sinks and materials and yet somehow, I still wanted this particular sink. A lot of reviews claimed it was shipped and delivered broken - which makes sense it could happen. But that doesn’t have anything to do with the worksmanship and quality of this sink. It’s GORGEOUS!!! I am extremely happy with my sink everyone who asks about sinks and sink types, I’ll defintely recommend this one!

This is a brand new renovation and I ended up going with the black sink even though I am reading moxed reviews. 3 weeks in now, i am glad with my decision. The sink matches nicely with my new black faucet. It’s solid durable. And I also bathed my puppy in it.

This model was not my first choice. When the one I originally ordered didn't arrive on the delivery date. I was informed that it was backordered by a week. When that week passed, I received another notification that it would be back ordered for more than an additional month. I was not thrilled with the stainless steel saddle, because it would take two specialty cleaners and extra steps for maintenance. When this unit was left on my doorstep by UPS I was interested to see how well packaged it was, since I'd read a couple of reviews with complaints of the sink being broken in transit. Mine was packed in so much rigid cardboard and closed cell foam that the only thing that could have protected it better was to use a Pelican case instead of a cardboard box. The sink came out of the box perfectly and the install was easy. The holes that are partially cut for multi hole applications can be drilled out with carbide hole cutters, but you'll need one for each hole. I switched to a roto zip with a 1/4" diamond tile cutter and it zipped right through with no surface chipping but some dust. Once all the plumbing was in place, it beat stainless sink it replaced hands down. When perfectly leveled the sink guides everything to the drains leaving the bottom almost completely dry. The sink sounds as solid as the countertop. The stainless saddle is actually one of nice because I can balance a large stainless stock pot between it and the sink lip, instead of placing it in the basin to fill. So far I'm very impressed. That last Star will need to be earned with long term durability.

Looks great. Very functional. Had to add garbage disposal and plumb a little. If I can do it anyone can. Took a day to install.

Absolutely beautiful sink! We purchased this for a renovation but will be also buying one for our home!

Amazing looking sink the extra deep strainer is a great feature to keep junk from going down the drains.

We bought this sink about a month ago and it looks perfect in our refinished kitchen. It looks great with our new countertop. We purchased sink protector mats so we would be extra careful not to scratch it with sharp knives. It's beautiful and we love it.

Really like this sink. Easy to customize fit as was the case for me because of the old counter hole and sink I was replacing but this was only due to the stone work from the previous owner.

Have had my beautiful new Krause Black Granite sink installed now for two week and love it! While, yes, it takes a little more attention to keeping it clean and dry after use, it hasn't made me regret my purchase. The sink is big and deep. Exactly what I need to handle our Sunday family dinner weekly. Only one negative so far. After the first week, I noticed a smell. Wiped it down with a disinfecting wipe and smell gone and hasn't returned since. Thank you for a beautiful product! P.S. love the towel you supplied. Comes in handy for those quick wipe downs.

Super easy to install

The sink looks good but not as shiny as I was hoping it would be. I did have condensation underneath when I let food thaw.

Love the sink. It's smaller than I expected but beautiful. I sealed it with F11 top coat in hopes of keeping water spots away. I've only had it a week but so far so good!
