I had this installed while I was on holidays and it looks great. A bit on the small side so next time I would go larger.

I would say average. The disk to the faucet came with a chip in it and it leaked out under the faucet. They did replace it though. One of the men at Kraus' was very professional and helpful, but another did not know what he was doing and almost argumentative causing me much frustration.

I have enjoyed this product for 2 years but now the faucet developed a hairline crack and it started to leak. The spout broke off completely. Hoping Krauss honors their warranty.

I'm very satisfied with the new purchase Krause glass vessel bowl in red with waterfall faucet. I didn't mount yet but I am very axited. Every part sims to be in a very good quality. Color is lit-bet darker the on the picture but in the light looks grate. Thanks for your service

LOVE our sinks so much that we bought three: one for the guest bath and two for the master bath. The oil rubbed bronze enhances the beauty of the color and design. They are so beautiful that people are stunned that they are functional sinks and faucets.

I am on the Home Depot website looking for a new sink and faucet to replace this sink and faucet set, which the previous owners installed in one bathroom. I am sure the sink looked great for about five minutes when new. It looks good for about a minute after it is cleaned inside and out. But then between mineral deposits if your water has any mineral content whatsoever, any toothpaste spots left over, and general fingerprints and smearing, it looks terrible until it is cleaned again. Same with the faucet. Unless you are going to be OCD and clean the entire sink and faucet apparatus every single time you use it, it will not look good. Further, the faucet itself is poor quality and hard to control. Either there is just a trickle of water or a flood that splashes water everywhere. I do not recommend this product at all. We are now in search of a functional product that will not only work as intended but require much less cleaning to look good at all times.

I returned item, it was chipped, it was sent to me chipped. It was packed very well, the chipped was there before packaged

This product is heavy. The glass bowl was flawless (clear glass), the faucet was flawless. Installed faucet following included instructions - instructions were clear - I recommend you locate the Kraus on the chrome stopper so you can locate it visually before securing (I had to loosen it all to align). Very impressive faucet with waterfall plate. Installed bowl - instructions easy bowl sits proudly under faucet.

This vessel sink and faucet looked amazing out of the box. It was pretty easy to install on our slab granite powder room vanity. We took the sink and faucet to the granite outlet for them to drill the holes properly. It installed easily with no leaks. The press and release plug stopper works great. HOWEVER, after only a few weeks of use, the back and front of the glass waterfall piece of the faucet became permanently stained from the water drying after use. VERY disappointed since it is not removable and permanent. I am going to contact Kraus regarding this matter.

Very happy with the quality and craftmanship of the Kraus set. I get many rave reviews from guests. Everything was well made, packed well, and looks beautiful. My only criticism, and this is a very minor point, was that the hot and cold lines were not clearly marked. I had a 50/50 chance of guessing right and it was my lucky day. Besides that, installation instructions were very clear.

Easy to install, the finish and style of the bathroom are inproved just an NEW-Europeean style in your house. Home Depot shipped out in timely manner the product , everything turned out to be OK , no damage on package ,being so fragile.

I have installed a couple of those in rental properties I own and they make a huge impression on potential tenants. It looks like a $2,000 sink and faucet you would see in a home interior magazine. I have bought stylish faucets before that turned out to be impractical. But this one actually works like a charm.

This is a great product. It was very easy to install and it looks awsome. it is very sturdy and well buit. I recommend this product to anyone wanting a new look in their bathroom
