Commercial Quality and convenience
I have been looking for a heavy duty commercial style faucet to replace another brand i have been using for 18 years. What a breath of fresh air. Im pretty handy so i did the install myself and ended up using a Kraus cover baseplate to cover over 2 other homes from the previous faucet. It went in very easy and i only needed help to hold the faucet while i was tightening the nuts. The faucet is easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions and the rubber compression connections mean you dont need to use teflon tape on any of the threads. the nice long water lines mean i was able to connect to my existing shutoffs without any other parts.
The faucet is very tall, theres no getting around that. I have a 36" sink it easily covers that distance and the neck swings very smoothly. The finish is very shiny but of course shows all smudeges and fingerprints. The cost thru Amazon was super reasonable for a faucet of this quality and with all the cool features it has. Look forward to many happy years using this convenient Kraus commercial faucet

That doesn't look like solid brass
On the upside, it is still usable.
On the downside the handle broke, was made from pot metal instead of brass, and might not get a warranty replacement.

Best EVER!!!
We have been looking for this faucet for a long time, Home Depot has it at the right price, the functionality of the sprayer is spot on and we no longer have to struggle with the weight under the sink stopping the sprayer cord from coming through when we needed to use the sprayer. It is very sturdy and solid and as flexible as it can be to get all sides of our deep sinks. The tall neck makes it easier to spray large cutting boards, large pots and grates from the grill. And we have waaaaaay more water flow and pressure!!!!!!! Overall great, great purchase!! Ordered faucet online, husband picked it up from the store and he had it installed before I got off from work.

Most beautiful kitchen faucet ever!

KPF-1602 Faucet Excellent Product

Presser is very poor and gets worse over time
We've had out faucet for over to years and have never had decent pressure. We have copper pipes and great pressure on all of our other outlets. Is this a design flaw? Is there a a fix for this. We payed a bit of money for a very ineffective faucet.

Very Nice, but ...
Build quality is excellent. I like it very much. The only thing that I can complain about is the amount of pressure from the sprayer. It is barely enough to wash vegetables. Forget about spraying food off of dishes. Too weak. If they would fix that, it would be perfect. Installation was very easy.

A Perfect Commercial Style Faucet for Our Home
A great faucet - easy to install and has met all of our expectations. Has delivered good pressure and flow, and has great range of motion for our sink. Love the 32” height of the design. A very affordable price given some models we researched were double and triple the cost. EXCELLENT!
I recently purchased this faucet, and I am impressed! I live in a house that is 100 years old and the plumbing is still galvanized, when I installed this we couldn't get the hot water to run through the faucet, took off the water line and found that it has a built in strainer so all of the sediment from the old pipes collects before it gets into the faucet! the strainer saved me from having to purchase another faucet! I have to admit I was a little nervous about purchasing from a company I have never heard of. but I am sold! I love the faucet all the way around, it is a great look! and works!

hate this thing- don't buy it- I bought this to help[ me was dishes with a high pressure sprayer to get food off my dishes- what I got is a trickle of water that comes out of the sprayer that removes nothing- manufacturer response is: it is because of the cal-green regulations, but doesn't make sense when the water pressure out of the pot filler is brisk and the pressure out of the sprayer is essentially non existent- when u can not run them both at the same time- the whole in the diverter is way too small- very poorly designed and their excuse is senseless.

Thanks for reaching out and for also providing us with your feedback. The current version of our KPF-1602 is Cal-Green certified. In order for us to meet this Cal-Green certification, we changed the water flow specification from 2.2 Gallons per Minute (GPM) to 1.8 GPM which is the new industry standard and we are ahead of the curve with this improvement.
If we continued to manufacture the previous design, where both the pot filler and the sprayer can be on at the same time, at a 1.8 GPM, there would hardly be any pressure coming from either.
We have removed the cartridge that was located at the pot filler. Removing the cartridge from the pot filler, where there was previously a on/off handle means less maintenance and makes the pot filler spout more of an everyday use faucet.
There's now a diverter inside of the faucet that allows the water to switch between the sprayer and the pot filler. You can lock the sprayer handle in place, so that water comes out of the sprayer when you turn the faucet on. If you unlock it, you will be manually operating the sprayer.
I'd also like to see if I can assist you personally and address your concerns. All Kraus products include a Limited Lifetime Warranty with ou main goal being that you are 100% satisfied with your Kraus product. I will never go back to a regular kitchen faucet/sprayer
When we remodeled our kitchen in 2012, I was looking for a commercial style faucet that was a more refined than a standard commercial faucet and this faucet is the perfect combination. My husband who loves to cook was not sold on the faucet when I told him it was the one I wanted, but once we installed it and he had a chance to use it, he loved it, too. It is by far the best kitchen faucet and sprayer combo that I have ever owned. Both stylish and functional / thank you Kraus! I just pray they don’t stop making them in case I need another one someday... will have to take it with me if we ever sell our home!

The best faucet bar none.
I purchased this sink as an upgrade in anticipation of selling. But 5 years later, I'm just now about to list. This sink is amazing. The quality is very high and the features are great. The hose slips out of it's tiny holder and moves almost 360 degrees. It's very convenient as the faucet turns as well. I've installed it in a new Swanstone sink and they go great together. I would highly recommend this Kraus KPF Single Handle faucet to anyone looking for a faucet with hose. We didn't use the soap bottle; instead we had an RO system under the sink, so the spout for that came out of the second hole.

Leaky Pot Filler
We love the look of our new KPF-1602 and find the pulldown feature to be terrific. Unfortunately, though, a drop or two of water will come out of the pot filler every time we turn the faucet on with the pull-down activated. Should this really be happening on a brand new somewhat expensive faucet?
