Starting at the initial order, pickup and installation all were completed with ease. I've had the toilet for 3 weeks. The water savings in flushing is fantastic compared to the old toilet. I just don't like the increase in cost over a "white" toilet.

This toilet works pretty well. Sometimes paper comes back up, never poo. There are a couple significant areas of deep scratching or imperfections, like the quality control guy on the production line was at lunch when this pot passed by. If it had not been special order and a 1.5 hour drive, I probably would have returned for a prettier model.

PottyPrince, my name is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm sorry to hear your Wellworth toilet is not always flushing paper and that it arrived heavily scratched. We would like to make a few suggestions that we feel will help to improve the performance of your toilet. The chain connecting to the trip lever should be taut. If there is any slack, it should be tightened to remove the slack. The water level can also be checked. The water level in the tank should be at the water line which is marked on the inside back wall of the tank or on the flush valve. The refill tube can be checked as well. It should be connected at both ends connecting the fill valve to the center of the canister valve. If either end is disconnected, it should be pushed back into place. Amazing how little water the toilet uses to do an excellent job! After reading the poor general surface condition ratings of other toilets, I was concerned about the surface condition (color, scratches, and general roughness) of the 2 Wellworth toilets I bought. Both were in excellent condition.

Toliet flushes quickly and I do really like it. The only issue I had is that I ordered one and the tank came broke and the toilet was scuffed up. The replacement came and it too was scuffed up.

Good looking, easy install, and clears well for a low...
Good looking, easy install, and clears well for a low flush toilet. Replaced a pressure assist version and works as well but is much quieter.

It sits way too far from the wall and looks...
It sits way too far from the wall and looks silly. Plus, the quick flush doesn’t take care of the poop that sticks to the side of the toilet. I’d like my money back.

Please ensure that the water level in the tank is at the correct marking, the chain is tight when the toilet is resting, the rim feed hose is plugged into the stop at the top of the canister and that there is water coming out of all of the rim holes around the bowl when the toilet flushes. The 14" rough in still did not put the back...
The 14" rough in still did not put the back of the tank against the wall, not sure if I measured wrong or their is some false advertising. Flushes quietly. Noticably lower to sit on, but that means my feet can be flat on the ground.

great flushing toilet
This is the 4th one of these toilets that we have purchased. They work well with no maintenance required so far (longest is now 6 years). This newest one even flushes a little better than the older model. Only negative is that for this model you have to purchase the tank and bowl separately.

GREAT TOILET BOWL
THIS IS A GREAT TOILET BOWL. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE INSTALLATION. WE COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO BOLT IT LIKE THE INSTRUCTIONS SAID SO WE USED OUR OLD TOILET METHOD FOR THE INSTALL. OTHER THAN THAT THIS IS A AWESOME TOILET AND WE WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER FOR OUR UPSTAIRS BATHROOM.

Perfect Replacement Bowl
My old Kohler bowl cracked at the base because hold down bolt got loose. Replace just the bowl and used the old tank. Worked perfect. The old tank was only 8-10 years old but in great condition. Ordered online and they shipped right to door. Saved money and time.
