Like having a full throttle jet ski in your bathroom! Powerful flushing!! Like it so much we bought another one for the other bathroom.

A little noisy, but flushes really well!

Great replacement for the old toilet and the power flush keeps the bowl cleaner too.

I read a lot of reviews and some were hilarious. Reading toilet reviews might become another hobby. I had a flood caused by another toilet but the one on the floor above backed up. While it was being snaked, the water turned brown. Apparently my husband was depositing rock hard stool in the toilet. I chose this one because it had great reviews. One guy said that when he flushed it, it sucked the air out of the room and the painting on the wall next door. Sounded good to me and it has been working perfectly. My husband does stand up before he flushes just in case. Some reviews said it was too loud. We don’t think that. We had to buy a toilet seat. No problem.

One unit arrived broken. The shipper has yet to schedule a pickup for return. This is a good product, but the packaging is not sufficient to protect the ceramic and plastic components.

Although it is quite noisy when flushing, it does a superb job of completely flushing even the hardest poops. It certainly meets my expectations.

I love the KOHLER Wellworth Classic 2-Piece 1.6 GPF Single Flush Elongated Toilet. One flush is all it takes so I save water at the same time. It is a little louder than traditional toilets when flushed but not too bad. I highly recommend it!

Ensure you are buying the pressure assist version of this toilet. The tank and bowl will arrive in separate boxes. IT MUST BE PRESSURE ASSIST, NOT JUST A STANDARD GRAVITY FLUSH. THE PRESSURE ASSIST VERSION OF THIS TOILET WILL FLUSH ANYTHING, threw away the plunger and the auger used to unplug my old toilet. Sell the house, sell the cars, but don't ever sell this toilet. As long as you get the pressure assist version your plugged up toilet days are over. Uses a standard toilet hook up connection at the wall.

Could not get matching tank & toilet even though Kohler sent a 2nd bowl. Toilet seat from HD was wrong and crap so bought another one. Too big a production all around. Plumber out 3 times! However, the mismatched toilet works great. How do I rate this? Not sure . . .

This toilet produces a very loud noise when it flushes. People who visited said they jumped when they flushed. It also took several flushes to wash everything down Horrible

Very nice powerful flush! A little loud compared to your average toilet, however it's a fast flush and refill so all in all we love it!

Wow, this is the way thing should be engineered. I was very happy to apply a hammer to the old one it replaced.

Toilet works very well. My only wish for is that other flush handles were available. The chrome finish does not match to the rest of my existing bathroom fixtures.

This is a really nice looking toilet and the pressure-assist feature is cool… if you are in a basement or some commercial space, because it is SO LOUD. I had to return it after we installed it because even though the description says “ Advanced noise-mapping and frequency analysis ensure quiet performance” it is NOT quiet. Not suitable if you have neighbors downstairs. Plus in the middle of the night we would not have been able to flush without waking each other up.

This toilet is the loudest thing ever. Maybe it was made for an industrial or airport bathroom or something but nobody told us that when we bought it for our home. Every flush sounds like a bomb went off and the whole house practically shakes. We are really unhappy with this toilet and don't know what to do. Can one exchange a toilet that has already been installed? I really think this toilet is not made for homes. But when we chatted w/ Kohler about it there was no mention of this fact. Really not happy at all.

Whatever you do, don’t do a courtesy flush, you may end up in the same place as what it is you intended to flush. I don’t foresee any more clogging issues. Actually thinking of flushing down the ole plunger. Yeah, it’s slightly loud as other reviews state, but i'll take the noise over the clogging.

The low water flush models that Congress (EPA) mandated many years ago do not do a proper job and if you are like me, you will spend some of your time unclogging a plugged toilet. Since buying the Kohler 1.6 assisted power flush those days seem over. It will make a louder noise when you flush but it will also refill with water quicker. I bought four , for each bathroom, and have no regrets. Installation is the same as any other toilet .

This Kohler Wellworth Classic toilet is great and works superbly. It is very efficient and is a great value.

The in-laws have a way with stopping up the guest bathroom toilet, and I'm pretty sure this will fix that. I've had several houses with good and bad toilets. The house we moved into 4 years ago never has a problem until we have the in-laws visiting. The toilet I'm replacing is a Kohler Wellworth standard-flush unit. It was great for my wife and I, but I'm pretty sure my father-in-law was flushing car wash sponges or large marine mammals down the drain. How he manages to stop up toilets like he does, I hope I never know... any way, I'm pretty sure this turbo-charged pressure-assisted flush toilet will fix the problem. If it doesn't I may try to flush him. Pretty sure that will fix the problem. It's pricey, but I think it will be worth the few extra dollars. It is equipped with the sloan flushmate system, which is the gold standard for pressure assist toilets. The tank is held onto the bowl with three bolts, and the gasket comes pre-fitted. I removed the old toilet and installed the new one in about 2 hours, and that included rounding up my tools, caulking the new one, installing the seat, and cleaning everything up. Fairly simple project. Instructions are complete easy to understand. This doesn't come with a toilet seat, which in my opinion is good, because you can find the one you want. Personally I like the Bemis Weston Slow Close Elongated Closed Front Toilet Seat in White. It has metal hinges, is slow-closing, and is excellent quality.

Great flush but a little loud. Definitely a good pick if you’re looking for a powerful flush.

Well made, powerful, cleans bowl well . However it is loud probably because flush is pressurized . It was installed about 2 weeks ago, so far so good
