Like other people on this list I have a Vinnata faucet in my kitchen, well actually 3 and several in the bathrooms. However, like other people on this list, the rubber piece in the spray head has rotted out in one of the faucets.. I am selling my house, and the buyer has asked me to replace it before they will close. Since Kohler no longer sells these faucets nor did they stock parts for them I am being forced to replace the entire fixture. I can tell you that the replacement faucet will NOT be a KOHLER.

I bought this when remodeling my home in 2015. Got the BX-BC finish. Loved it at first but the rubber button on the spray head rotted off. I called to see about buying a replacement button and they told me this model had been discontinued and they couldn’t send me any replacement parts. They did offer me a 25% discount on a whole new faucet but can’t justify a $800 replacement. I’ll just wait until it goes completely out then look to get something else.

After shopping many sites, I found that Home Depot had this faucet at the best price and free shipping. It was delivery very quickly. I had a handyman install it for me and he said it was very easy to install. It looks fabulous in my kitchen. Very large and expensive looking. I chose to place the water valve in the front instead of on the side.

We just bought a beautiful home in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Kohler should be very happy with the eight bathrooms of fixtures throughout the house. The home is about 10 years old. Like some others on the thread here, we have a few items with seemingly no solution. in the kitchen , the rubber button on the spray head rotted off. I also called about buying a replacement button and they told me this model had been discontinued and they couldn’t send me any replacement parts. They did offer me a 25% discount on a whole new faucet but can’t justify this expense for a good working faucet for a 25 cent replacement part. Is there really no option to cover this exposed switch now>

Absolutely love it!!!! This is my third purchase in three years. One for our condo, one for our home and one for our daughters remolded kitchen. We receive nothing but compliments. Thank you

Received in poor condition. Appeared to be used. Had grease spots on it that would not wipe off. Had to return it

I had one of these in a previous home. OUTSTANDING performance and quality. A friend said her's started to leak after 10 years. She called Kohler and they sent a brand new one, free of charge.

Best faucet we've ever had and well worth the money!

I loved my Kohler Vinnata faucet in brushed bronze when I had it first installed in 2010. Unfortunately this faucet does not hold up. After about 6 months of use the the decorative cap piece (to the left of the on/off handle) started popping off. The cover will pop off if the handle is not in perfect allignment. The cover snaps onto a plastic ring. Not a big deal but you do have to line it up and snap it back on pretty frequently. It is now 2017 and the part of the handle that attaches to the valve stem broke. The handle would just flop down. There is a valve stem adapter that the handle is screwed to with an allen wrench. I can not get it to work properly. The valve stem adapter they sent is brass (they don't make it in the VB color) and you can see it when you turn the faucet on/off. The piece does not fit properly either. When I can get the handle on the cover pops off or if it is working properly the valve stem adapter comes lose and the handle flops down. This expensive faucet has become a total headache. Kohler has been nice sending me replacement parts for free, but I am beyond frustrated with the time and the thought of how much I spent on this faucet. Poor design.

Well made and stylish, easy to install, great performance.

Once I got the faucet installed, it operated fine. However - the installation was a challenge. The complaint I have is the large metal screw piece (that holds the faucet down) was oblong. The oblong part made it impossible for me to tighten the part. This part of the faucet holds the faucet under the sink. I also ended up getting a neighbor to help. He held down the faucet while I threaded the old part onto the new faucet. The old part came from an older (same faucet). And speaking of the old faucet, the only reason we replaced it was the handle would not come off. That prevented us from repairing the mechanism to control the hot and cold water.

We bought two of these for our kitchen when we remodeled 11 years ago. We have a second sink in our island and wanted the same faucet but a little smaller version. These faucets have work endlessly ever since being installed. I love the design. They are very easy to use and I love the power of the sprayer. The ability to pull the end of the faucet and clean every nook and cranny of the sink is wonderful. I can honestly say, it looks and works like it did the day we bought it. We have very hard water and one of the faucets was clogged and not functioning perfectly. I called Kohler and they sent a new part FREE of charge (it was eight years old at the time). I replaced it myself and we were back in business. I cannot say enough good about this faucet of Kohler as a customer-friendly company. Thanks, Kohler!

Handle broke after 2 months.., 750$$ down the sink

The pull down sprayer is great - a wonderful design. However, after about a month, the faucet handle fell off and the water temperature mixer no longer works. We'll be working through the warranty process. Not happy with the purchase at all.

Overall this is a very nice faucet and makes a stunning focal point in your kitchen with its size and nice arch. After approx. 7yrs of use, the little black cover on the faucet head protecting the spray selector came apart and basically fell out. No worries as Kohler backs this model with a lifetime waranty. I called Kohler and guess what, they cannot send me the replacement head because my finish was discontinued, instead, they said pick a new finish and we will send out a whole new unit!! Thanks Kohler! Is the faucet expensive? YES. Will you be covered if it ever breaks or has issues, YES. Overall I guess that is a pretty good deal.....

In 2008-9 we built a custom home with a 28 X 16 foot kitchen and 12' X 4.5' island and 10 inch deep single hole under counter mounted sink. The Vinnata collection brushed chrome faucet was our choice for single hole installation. We entertain up to fifty guests many times a year. Scrubbing everything from large multi-gallon pans, frying pans, large pyrex dishes, chafing pans and serving utensils it is like the 'Timex watch' "takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin". Being used multiple times a day by the whole family, we are extremely pleased with the serviceability of this product and many of our guests have replaced their faucets with this model by our recommendation.

This faucet was installed in October 2009. Purchased because of Kohler reputation and that it is US made. The handle to control water temperature and shut off falls off. Style is great, as is height to wash pots.

This is my second one. I had one in the last house I lived in and I just loved it! This is a beautiful faucet. I love everything about it. I love the smaller head that detaches for spraying conveniences. The height is tall and regal. The stainless steel is a perfect match to the other appliances. Overall I would recommend this faucet.

This faucet is well documented as a very attractive looking faucet for the sink. It is large (tall) so make sure you are ok with that and don't want the smaller version (wet bar size). I have had no leaking or sprayer issues to date. The plumber who installed it says he has the very same faucet in his house and it hasn't dripped in 3 years. I would recommend this product.

We love this faucet! We like it's grand size and lovely Stainless appearance. While it does not have a spring, it has a weight that takes the faucet to it's base with a "locking" click. It returns easily. I did an extensive search on faucets having had another large faucet in a different color. Home Depot's price matched other online prices. It comes complete and ready to install right in the hole. The water pressure is sufficient for the height of our land and its water source. Great faucet!

This faucet is gorgeous! A real work of art (for those that like traditional style) .This is the third house that I have had this faucet installed in, in the last 17 years! I can't live without it! It is also easy to use. I love the pull-out feature of the sprayer. This faucet is also very sturdy and solid. I have had no problems with it. You do however, have to love it to pay the price!

After 8 years of use the rubber button which controls the spray broke off. Didn't expect this on an expensive faucet so I called Kohler customer service and they sent an entire new spray head, no charge. Turns out the faucet has a lifetime warranty. For everyone who has complained about the cost of replacement parts you did not have to pay anything to fix this unless you needed a plumber to do the work.

My only complaint is that the faucet rotates 360 degrees??? which means water could easily flow onto the breakfast bar if you're not careful. I've never seen a faucet designed like this. I even called Kohler's customer service department before I'd let the plumber leave because I just knew this couldn't be right. I don't know why they would design a faucet to turn 360 degrees.

THIS IS AWFUL LOOKING. IT IS SO HUGE I CAN'T IMAGINE WHERE IT WOULD FIT. I ORDERED THE SOAP AND AIR GAP THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE SAME FINISH, BUT THEY DID NOT MATCH AT ALL. HAD TO RETURN EVERYTHING.

NEVER HAD A SINGLE-SPOUT KITCHEN FAUCET THAT DID NOT LEAK ... UNTIL THIS ONE. THE PULLDOWN IS FLAWLESS AND QUIET, & STAYS EXTENDED OR RETRACTED WITHOUT EXTRA EFFORT. NO FAUCET CLUTTER ON OUR NEW COUNTERTOP; JUST ONE GOOD LOOKIN' FAUCET DOES IT ALL. WE ORDERED THE 691 FOR THE SMALLER SIZE. WE RECEIVED THE QUALITY WE PAID FOR & LOVE IT.

This is a very nice substantial faucet. Smooth mechanism and good water flow. Well worth the extra money.

Beautiful, love it-- worth the money. we put the faucet on a farmers sink were still waiting on the granite, but it looks great . you will definitly notice it when u walk in the kitchen......brushed chrome very nice looks just like the satin nickel,,,,my husband said it was very easy to install for all you diy ers.................

I was in the process of remodeling our kitchen, but was very hesitant to purchase a spray built into the spout of the faucet. I liked the appearance of the Vinnata (even though it appears to be huge in comparison to others), but I had seen so many other faucets in home centers with the sprays just dangling from the spouts. I did not want to have to cope with that! Finally I was able to "test" a Vinnata at a home center and was pleased to discover that the spray head went firmly back into place. I decided to give it a try and am I glad I did! It is a wonderful addition to our remodeled kitchen, both in looks and performance. The ease with which the spray head changes flow and the single handle adjusts pressure and temperature is terrific. A great choice!

We wanted a new faucet that could reach over a large pasta kettle. We also wanted a pullout feature so we could easily reach anywhere in the sink. We recognized that this faucet would do the job, we just didn't realize how much we would enjoy it. This faucet is bigger than we thought it would be. It towers over the biggest pot and yet gets right in close when you need it to. The spray pattern button is also right there when you need it. Installation was easy. This really is a great faucet. Finally our kitchen is complete. Best part? My wife loves it. Happy wife, happy life!

We love this Kohler faucet. It is easy to use, very versatile, and has beautiful form. Looks great with granite!
